The t.v. did not work called front desk from my cell because room phone does not work. They said send someone up never did called againg they said no maintance there maybe tomorrow, asked to change rooms said ok maybe. However we were with my daughter and 2 grandkids wanted to be near their room like we were, but not sure?? Well after I started looking t.v. was unplugged, and I only did this cause we are old too tired at this point after 10 at night, got it plugged in worked, paid all that money and the service was very lacking. Would only stay again if got a realyy good price.

This hotel was very adequate for a short stay. No major issues with the room. One downside, there was loud music by the pool/restaurant next door/parking lot, it usually stopped by 10 pm (but I mention it for people traveling with young children).

For the price it was very good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked. The pool was rather small and I didn’t use it, but I saw some children having fun in it. The adjacent restaurant, The Hideaway,had very good food at a reasonable price. It’s located near the airport and near roads that can get you anywhere in the city.

Elena was so helpful. We traveled with family to come for a graduation and this stay was remarkable!!! Everything about it was great! The staff and so awesome !!! And the restaurant next to hit was the best we had !!! We will definitely come back !!!

The gentleman at the front desk with the baby yoga keychain was by far the best part of my stay as was the woman and what I can only assume was her daughter at the hideaway were just an absolute blessing

Literally everything I needed, I had to ask for three times. From cleaning my room, to asking for clean towels, and a refund for something I didn't receive. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I saw a staff member be rude to a special needs child and that is inexcusable!

Sheets were itchy. Saw hair in shower. No water provided. Old. If on a budget - maybe, but I would not feel safe staying alone or with children. I was really trying to cut corners and based on price - about what I expected. If extra comforts are not important to you - the room is a nice size, and ok. But Sheets were so itchy I could not sleep.
