Did not have an enjoyable experience. My family stayed for two days and within that period we did not receive any housekeeping services. We had to ask for toiletries instead of having them brought up to us.

Attended several events at the University of Texas, this hotel is perfect! It is walkable to the University, our room was amazing, and it was great for kids. The free breakfaat is also great. The front desk was amazing and helpful. Not a single complaint!!

The stay was great - close to the areas which we wanted to visit. The only downside was housekeeping came by at 8:15am to see if we were checking out. She opened the door and started to come in before I could get to the door. I thought that was a bit much. Our family was getting ready to go downstairs to eat and wasn't quite ready. Since we were there on vacation and not business we weren't checking out as early as some.

Check in was awesome the employees were so helpful and made it so easy. The suite with the balcony was amazing, so large and a great price! The pool was okay there were a lot of kids without parents there making noise and playing rough in the small pool. Other than that the pool area was in the shade and had a lot of seating options. Parking was very tricky and felt limited during the night time so just be prepared for that. There’s construction goin on in the area so a few roads were closed but nothing was too inconvenient. Overall I would stay here again!

Absolutely loved our room, we had a full view of the Capitol building. Front desk staff was extremely nice to us and our kid. Breakfast was great. Definitely a great option for families planning to stay in Downtown Austin.

It was really a home away from home. The staff was excellent including the reception and kitchen staff. Service was beyond excellent. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We came from the northeast to meet family in Austin. There were 4 of us (two adults and two tweens). We were beyond satisfied with the room, the amenities, and the hospitality. Would for sure stay here again the next time we visit.

We stayed at this property for UT’s family weekend. It was close to my son’s apt and in the heart of downtown. The general manager checked us in and was very personable. The hotel lobby was updated and very nice. We stayed in a suite on the 7th flood. Upon walking in, the suite has the wow factor with soaring ceilings and windows. The bathroom was spacious. The view from our private balcony was amazing! On the down side, the bed and pillows were not as appealing as the room. The mattress felt like and older less expensive mattress and the pillows were lumpy. I did give this hotel 5 stars because everyone has different opinions of mattresses and this was the only issue wile had with this property.
