Hyatt Place Memphis/Germantown

So, I had an issue but the staff quickly fixed this and the GM and front desk were very nice in taking care of us. The room was pretty dirty. We saw handprints, pubic hair, and stains. We were in a rush checking in. So went to the baseball game and came back at 11pm. Room was still dirty after telling them. They offered another room but would not work for my family so we cleaned the room from top to bottom. After cleaning the room guess what? They had no towels. I was like wow but still remained calm because I knew they would take care of us. The staff is very attentive. We still enjoyed the stay. The location is safe and convenient. Thanks for taking care of our family. I would still recommend this hotel.

Very quite area. My family loved the breakfast options.

My family and I, stayed here for 3 nights. I purchased 2 rooms. For starters, the area was nice and the parking lot was well lit. As far as the hotel, the rooms were clean. Each room had a queen bed and a king sized sofa sleeper! I really wasn't expecting that! The sheets were clean. The hotel was quite, in the hallways and lobby area. The only two things that I didn't like, is that the room did not have a microwave. However, there is a microwave downstairs in the lobby. Also, the shower is nice and hot, pressure is great, but that glass used to keep the water in, is horrible! Please make sure to pull the glass forward or there will be water ALL OVER the bathroom floor and possibly the room floor, if you do not see it. Hyatt please figure out something better, for keeping the water in the stall. In my kids room, they later figured out that this was the reason the floor was damp, when we first arrived. Breakfast was NICE! It was a hot and good continental breakfast, with multiple options. I most definitely recommend this hotel!

This was a short overnight stop on a longer family road trip. We wanted something clean and price friendly. The staff and service were great, they were so fun. It was bonus that we could order some food and have a drink before bed, when we arrived late. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was really great! It felt like home away from home! My family enjoyed staying here on our vacation. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Would definitely come back for future vacations!

We have stayed here twice. The breakfast is one of the best and with a large family that helps a lot. Room is always clean and they have always been very quick with any requests we have.

I canceled this reservation right after it was booked because i was told by the front desk associate to cancel my original booking because the card on file wasn’t working for them. Funny how this booking worked perfectly and apparently wasn’t canceled as requested. The front desk associate didn’t care that I was hours away from my home and that I was traveling alone with my child. I was nervous, scared, and didn’t know what to do with no suggestions or concern for the staff.

We loved the clean, spacious rooms. It was perfect for our family. There were a lot of really great breakfast options. Very impressed. We would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel in a very nice part of Memphis. Nice service, breakfast was awesome 3 types milk, variety of cereal to choice from. Nice pool and fitness center. The family and I had a great stay. Truly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioner wasn't working great, so it wouldn't get below 73° the entire time we were there. Despite that little issue, the service was good and the front desk very helpful. My family will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
