The front desk woman is terrible. Rude, unhelpful and lazy (we’ll get to that). Arrived and no greeting. Just name, license and credit card. Went to our room. TV doesn’t work. I go back down and ask for help. I’ll send the maintenance guy when he gets here. Ok. Any idea when that is? No. Can you guess. 5:00, 5:30? I don’t know (and body language says I don’t care). Ok. Go back to room. No blankets and sheets for pull out couch in room. Go back down to get them. Half an hour later toilet backs up. Go back down. Can you have the toilet fixed. No. Ma’am (I’m a guy. Clearly I am a guy), I can’t fix the toilet. Would you like a new room? Let’s see, room without a toilet or new room??? Ok, new room. Bring all your things down here and I’ll give you a new room. What? I can’t move them out of the room to the hall way while you get us a new room (husband, wife and four kids and all our stuff). No, everything has to come back to the front desk before I can give you a new room. Hotel policy. Ok, whatever, not gonna fight it. Bring our stuff down. New room, (same Hall way five doors down). Drag all our stuff and family back up to the third floor. Get new room. Bathroom fan doesn’t work but it’s one night. We endure. Meanwhile, working down stairs that night. Hispanic guy comes in looking for a room for two night. Asks same front desk lady if they have any. She tells him to look online. Asks her if she can look. She then suggests that he try the hotel next door it might suit him better...

The front desk lady was nice checking in and the one we had in the morning was Super Nice! The room was nice and clean too! The only reason I’m doing 4 stars overall and 3 for property facilities is because after we had checked in, we got the kids ready for the pool and when we got down there, it was pretty gross - like oil at the top of it or something. But that’s our only complaint, the pool was just not up to par for what I would have imagined for a Sheraton.

The rooms are clean and beds very comfy! It's quite spacious and convenient to interstate, shopping and eating. A bit noisy the second night I was there, but kids were on Spring Break. So, I understand the excitement and the noise settled down after while.

Nicely located, tv didn’t work even after sending maintenance none of the channels were correct, no signal. Noisy kids running down the halls late nights.

Bathrooms were small. Beds were small. No free breakfast. It was clean and nice size room. Good for a business traveler but not so much for a family.

A good find doing a quick search on the web/google. Easy enough to drive to from local major roads and set back from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed an excellent reception at check-in by our hostess, Memphis! Family of four, two young kids (10 and 8), and interested in playing in the pool. Close to many restaurants and local shops. This Four Points makes the effort to attract guests and provide good service in an area that many may otherwise overlook or dismiss. These are good folks here!

My family and I wanted to have a weekend getaway. From the time we walked in service was great. Building was very clean and rooms were also. Pool was nice. Had no issues. Definitely will book again.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. My family and I felt safe where the hotel was located. The room was so nice and the beds were comfortable. The only down side was the electricity went out on Sunday morning. We needed to get ready to go to church with my daughter. I know the hotel could not have prevented the storm that came through, but it would have been nice if a small amount was deducted from our bill and for the front desk staff to apologized or some type of acknowledgement.

It was the worst stay we ever had!! There was a soccor team staying there aftwr we arrived. The kids were loud all not long. Running, screaming, slamming doors. I called down to the front desk twice to complain.. They said they would take care of it.. it did not stop. Complained in person at the front desk the following morning. They said they could try to move us rooms or we could check out!!! Will never stay at any of their facilities again. My wife and i were treated as if we was the problem. Then on Saturday, their was a wedding going on. People everywhere.. what happened to piece and quiet?

When I made the reservation on line, it was all good. The next day I called the hotel and requested to have connecting rooms, the lady stated as long as I here by noon there should not be a problem. So, I got to the hotel at 10:30 requesting again for a connecting room. I picked this hotel for that reason because I had my granddaughter had 4 kids and I wanted to be able to help her. So, the hotel got us rooms across the hall from each other. Very hard to help her that way. Then there was a mother and 3 kids in the room next to me making all kinds of noise and hitting the wall. Everyone hear it but the employees. The day before I was leaving I need to use the hotel computer to get my boarding passed. After asking 3 employees for the password, NO ONE knew the password (OMG), So I had to have the guy behind the counted to do it for me, He got them, but then problem #2 happened, he did not know how to print them. I asked the hotel to empty my garbage in my room, The housekeeper come to my door and handed my 3 garbage bags and took the other garbage away, Seriously I have to place the bags in the garbage cans myself (I don't work for the hotel). There was no TV guide in the room, I had to stroll thru all the c taking a shower the water would buildup and toilet was leaking on the floor. I told two different people, NO ONE came to room and fixed it. Also, the room my granddaughter was in had no tub drain plug, I have to bring the kids to my room to bath them. Not happy.
