MainStay Suites Murfreesboro

we came to murfreesboro to be with family member during her stressfull surgery. the room was clean, bright and had an extreemly comfortable bed. we stayed a week and were able to completely relax. no road noise, no noise in the hallways. we had a decent continental style breakfast every morning.

Room was nice and slept the family comfortably. Nice selection of food for delivery in the area.

We were so pleased with everything with both of our stays at MainStay! We were super impressed with the staff and our rooms were super nice! The property was very well keep and our room was perfect! The room sizes were so big, plenty of room for all 5 of us. The Grandchildren loved being able to have so much room! We will definitely choose MainStay when we pass through again! Thank you all so very much!

The room is clean but common areas/hallways are not. Blanket given for pull out couch was not clean. Staff was in the back and I waited 5 minutes to be seen at the front desk. Check in was otherwise easy and the room was spacious enough for my family of 6.

I’m giving only 3 stars for overall service. ( one exception is BRENDA who is fabulous !!! ) But there was one HUGE issue. * Caution* : So Under the fridge was a piece of sharp metal. Thank goodness our toddlers didn’t find it first. It would have sliced a hand off !! I brought it to the attention of the staff right away and a photo of location. She tried to get ahold of the GM , who was not available at all. I even tried to contact the company that owns this hotel and no reply. Left voicemails and even sent a email. Not one reply ! One of the front desk workers finally got ahold of the GM who gave us a free night. I ended up needing to stay one more night and they wouldn’t even discount it. So I went somewhere else to stay. They said normally they don’t even give comps and they already compensated. They have been doing some remodeling. If it weren’t for that problem I would have given 5 stars. I would stay here again. But cautious of any issues in the room.

The room was nice it was clean good cost. The only problem I would say is our room had a door adjoined to the next room and then People had four kids and they may as well been in our room with us as loud as they were.

We would like to give a shout out to Ms. Mo, whose personality truly shines! Her customer service and hospitality to our family was one of the highlights of our stay.

This was our first overnight at MainStay Suites. We were very impressed with our King Suite & Kitchenette. The room was well-appointed & clean with a very comfortable bed. We couldn't believe how quiet it was in our room, considering we were on the 1st floor, two doors down from the lobby & breakfast area. At breakfast, Brenda Lee, did a great job keeping everything clean & well-stocked. She is a great asset to MainStay Suites! In conversation, we found out that she & her family used to live in the town right next to ours. These 2 Snowbirds will definitely return every year on our way down to Florida. We give this hotel 10 ☆'s

When we first checked in to our hotel, around 3:08-3:10 we were informed there was only one housekeeper on staff that day and our room was not ready and would not be ready until 4 pm. Second problem started when we finally were able to check in, the website for booking stated the property had infant cribs and pack n’ plays, but upon check in the front desk stated they didn’t have any. Thirdly when we went to lay down for the night, there was dry blood found on the sheets see below pictures attached. Went down to the front desk to let them know and they thankfully gave us a change of sheets. Brought them back up to the room and when we went to put them on the bed they were queen size sheets. So we went back down to exchange them for king size and finally went to bed.

The room and accommodations were great but when it sounded like a herd or elephants were jumping on the beds in the room above us, at our daughter’s nap time and then later until later than 11:30 PM, I was told by the front desk that the upstairs neighbors had “every right” to allow their feral children to have free reign and refused to do anything. Basically they told me that their rights to make excessive noise were of greater importance than our right to sleep. For this reason alone, we would not stay here again. It’s a shame because the accommodations were fine, but the staff was the dealbreaker.
