MainStay Suites Murfreesboro

First night i got bite by bed bugs with an accommodation of room exchange only to arrive to another room that had the same issue…my kids and i did not sleep comfortable at all…the staff was very apologetic, but the General manager basically said i was lying about the situation when i showed proof of bite marks and a photo of bed bugs…His name is Tony

I really loved this place. It was so beautiful and it was in such great shape. The staff for so incredibly nice and I cannot wait to stay here in the future when we go to visit our family again.

we came to murfreesboro to be with family member during her stressfull surgery. the room was clean, bright and had an extreemly comfortable bed. we stayed a week and were able to completely relax. no road noise, no noise in the hallways. we had a decent continental style breakfast every morning.

Stayed here for 5 nights to visit family. Room/bed was comfortable and clean with couch and small kitchenette. Well laid out. Front desk staff was fine but housekeeping appeared short staffed. Trashcans by ice machines near elevators were overflowing with same trash for days until I mentioned it to front desk. Later in week I saw other trash on hallway floor that wasn't picked up. Brenda who staffed the breakfast area was super-friendly and helpful.

Room was nice and slept the family comfortably. Nice selection of food for delivery in the area.

We were so pleased with everything with both of our stays at MainStay! We were super impressed with the staff and our rooms were super nice! The property was very well keep and our room was perfect! The room sizes were so big, plenty of room for all 5 of us. The Grandchildren loved being able to have so much room! We will definitely choose MainStay when we pass through again! Thank you all so very much!

The room is clean but common areas/hallways are not. Blanket given for pull out couch was not clean. Staff was in the back and I waited 5 minutes to be seen at the front desk. Check in was otherwise easy and the room was spacious enough for my family of 6.

I’m giving only 3 stars for overall service. ( one exception is BRENDA who is fabulous !!! ) But there was one HUGE issue. * Caution* : So Under the fridge was a piece of sharp metal. Thank goodness our toddlers didn’t find it first. It would have sliced a hand off !! I brought it to the attention of the staff right away and a photo of location. She tried to get ahold of the GM , who was not available at all. I even tried to contact the company that owns this hotel and no reply. Left voicemails and even sent a email. Not one reply ! One of the front desk workers finally got ahold of the GM who gave us a free night. I ended up needing to stay one more night and they wouldn’t even discount it. So I went somewhere else to stay. They said normally they don’t even give comps and they already compensated. They have been doing some remodeling. If it weren’t for that problem I would have given 5 stars. I would stay here again. But cautious of any issues in the room.

The room was nice it was clean good cost. The only problem I would say is our room had a door adjoined to the next room and then People had four kids and they may as well been in our room with us as loud as they were.

We would like to give a shout out to Ms. Mo, whose personality truly shines! Her customer service and hospitality to our family was one of the highlights of our stay.
