Our television did not work. We traveled all afternoon and night and relied on Hyatt Place and the only entertainment is tv for family. The manager did not know how to connect it and said maintenance not here until the next morning.

My family and I travel quiet a bit and I have to say this is o e of the best hotels I have stayed at thus far -staff present and super friendly -modern decor -lots and of lovely seating and nooks on ground level -pool very nice -comfortable bedding and clean -clean modern rooms -breakfast was wonderful with lots of options I would stay again in a heartbeat. Nice to be able to leave such a great review

They gave away our room so as a family of five we are now stuck in a single king size bed room. We were lucky I guess, because another lady and her friend could not check into a room that they reserved and paid for a month ago.

Stay was good. Updated hotel and nice amenities. Issue was that they did not have the room we reserved. We had booked 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, we ended up with a king bed and a twin size sofa bed and scrunched up kiddos. Not enough towels, blankets or pillows.

Great stay with the family! Room size was spacious, breakfast was good, pool was opened! Areas around property and nearby to walk to! Great location and excellent checkin service!
