We really enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient to our friends that we were visiting and easy to get to Nashville. The pool was clean and big enough for a bunch of kids. Plus it was warm. My only compaint is the amount of chemicals in the pool. My eyes were burning and I wasnt even in the pool. The kids eyes ended up hurting after a short while too.

We had a good one night stay! The only thing to complain about was our AC unit wasn't cooling the room at all while the sun was up. We turned it down to 65 hoping it would cool the room while we went to eat, but it was still hot when we got back. I would have notified the staff had it not been for our baby was crying and ready for bed. We just dressed her lightly and went to bed. Room started to cool after the sun went down.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was so nice, the room was really clean and the pool is actually heated which is important when you have kids. We would definitely stay again.

We drove in from MN for a hockey tournament and were pleasantly surprised. Staff were very accommodating making sure our needs were met and that our hotel was ready upon our 2am arrival. Staff accommodated a noon check out which was so kind so the kids could sleep in a bit. Rooms were quiet, clean, and very worth the meager price tag. Breakfast was hot with the normal biscuits and gravy. The pool room was big and clean, the kids definitely had fun. The staff are what really made it an exceptional experience! Very helpful, kind, and personable. They even took the time to get to really know you. Would definitely stay here again.

Weve never stayed in a hotel where the "heated pool" came close to feeling like it was heated, until now. The kids loved that they could jump right in and play.

Our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious. We have a family of 5 so it was nice to have a pull out sofa for the fifth. Breakfast was good but a little crowded. The pool was warm and hot tub great. The only improvements I would suggest is some maintenance for the elevator. It’s very rough in its movement. Also, extending the breakfast hours by one hour would be beneficial.

They have an amazing staff. They would go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs. I stayed at the hotel with my family, friends and wedding guests. It was a great stay for all of us. No one complained about anything.

Traveled to attend a family event. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.
