Staff was amazing and friendly, beautiful look all around. But the sheets on our beds were dirty and had to ask for clean ones. There was an open condom wrapper in the trash can. No trash bags, had to ask for those. Carpet looks like it needs to be shampooed. Our room was dusty. While at the indoor pool, our 3 kids were scared to death (youngest was traumatized) by a man beating on the door from the outside. The man was intoxicated and covered in blood, trying to gain access into the building. There had been a Christmas party the same night as our stay and a fight had broken out, resulting in the guy with blood all over him and trying to get in. Our overall experience wasn’t great. Our youngest child didn’t want us to even get up to go use the restroom and was super scared because of what happened while at the pool. We’re possibly willing to try it once more, hoping to have a clean room the next time.

I booked and PAID FOR this room 3 weeks ahead of the stay.I booked this room for my wife and 3 daughters yearly trip.I booked a room with a balcony and paid for it. I even personally called the location the day I booked it to confirm. My family arrived at the location to check in and were given a room without the balcony. They stated they had no more rooms with a balcony left. This was a special day for my family and the location could care less. I did not receive what I paid for because according to them, Hotels.com did not hold the room when I booked it.What exactly am I even using your service for, when I could always book straight with the location and save the extra monies I am being charged for the use of your service? The ONLY reason this location was picked, was because of the BALCONY ROOM. So instead of having an stress free, enjoyable stay for my wife and daughters girl time, They were given a mediocre basic room in a mediocre hotel with a front desk staff who could care less. All they kept stating was that 3rd party bookings were NOT guaranteed! The only thing your customer support offered me was to cancel my booking at no extra cost to me??? not only was that ridiculous, but exactly where was I supposed to move my family to at 6pm?? I want everything reversed. All charges to my CC cancelled.

Underwhelmed. Pool area not very clean. The lift would not work to put my mother in law into pool. 30 or so kids in pool throwing a football across pool and hot tube. Our room looked like it had not been stayed in for a while. Handicap room at end of long hallway? Will not pay the money to stay there again.
