We have stayed here on multiple occasions as we have family in the area. Consistently clean, friendly and convenient, with above-average complimentary breakfast.

We were in town overnight for a family funeral. The folks here were great - did their best to arrange an early check-in for both groups of our family who stayed here and put our rooms right across the hall from each other. The location is super convenient. Room was plenty big - nice closet for our hanging clothes, big bathroom, and plenty of space to set up a pack-and-play for our daughter to sleep in. Everything was clean and nice. Only odd thing was the angled entry from the hallway to the room - it would be next to impossible to bring a luggage cart through the door for loading/unloading, so plan to park it in the hall outside your door. Overall, a fine stay.

Everything was great except the rambunctious kids acting up but I think the disappointment comes from the adults not keeping the kids under control. Why should employees have to repeatedly tell the same group of kids not to do something with not a word from any of the adults? They were so loud it intimated my child who usually loves other kids but doesn’t like loud noises. If they were on our floor we didn’t hear anything after 9. Not sure if the kids we did see were part of the same group but it was respectfully quiet at a decent hour. Room was comfortable and spacious. Wasn’t enough handicap parking. Bed and pillows super comfortable even tho I usually like a firm pillow-it was so relaxing. Plenty of hot water. Adjustable shower nozzle for different types of spray. But no drain cover for a bath. Didn’t try breakfast. Guy at front assured me my receipt would be under my door early and it was. In general I would def stay again and just hope kid group functions aren’t happening. Hate to poo poo on the kids and sound like a grinch but other guests saw it and it clearly annoyed the staff.
