Homewood Suites by Hilton Sioux Falls

Forgot to let front desk know the air in 232 for the living space and secand room (family suite) did not work. Other than that our stay was great.

The room was spacious and having a kitchen was great. I loved the view of the courtyard, and the kids had fun playing out there. The breakfast selection was exceptionally good.

No one was around to check in. Walked around looking for someone. Then she sounded like a drill sargent, you cant do this, ar allowed to do this and that!! Breakfast was over but still people sitting around the breakfast area. Food still sitting out but we were told breakfast is over, you can grab a piece of fruit. Why couldnt we have eaten?? Do you throw all the leftover food away? There was alot left. And at the price we paid for a room. Will not stay again. Overpriced, the layout from room to pool and lobby is long and confusing with children.

After driving 14 hours to be with family, death in family, when we walked in the room there was a musty smell, toilet paper in toilet so we do not know if it was wven cleaned, air conditioner did not work, ceiling fan did not work, and the big picture window was broke from each corner to the other in an X shape in which they taped it up with packing tape. This room should have not been given to anyone. I could bot get through at the desk so i called corporate and advised them what was happening as we could not get in touch with the manager. Corporate did take my complaint. The lady advised me who the general manager was in which we never heard from them. We were then advised of the property manager, tracy. I then thought of the welcome text so i texted it back and chasity, the asst manager, apologized and apparently spoke with tracy, the property manager, as the next day they put us in another room. Still no word from property manager nor general manager. The asst manager, whom should be the property manager as she tried to help us but tracy, the property manager, had to tell her what she can do. All in all we were there for 4 nights and we were o ly discounted 1 night and then the morning we checked out, she slid the bill under our door. When being a manager, you have to be able to work and solve problems with a nice attitude but these ladies do not have any morals or standards to even speak to a guest face to face.

The Price of the room was good. The hotel is showing its age with paint pealing around door frames. General wear and tear in the rooms. The staff was nice and courteous and very helpful. Our kids enjoyed the pool and having a 2 room suite was very nice. Over all we enjoyed our stay

All of your staff was so kind and AMAZING! My family and I have been traveling for months to find a new house this hotel was the best deal yet! Thank you so much! Great breakfast! The price of the room was amazing! I’m trying to try a equally or better room and I have not found one, thank you!

Several exposed electrical wiring units in courtyard from ground level broken yard lights was the biggest item. What a hazard to any child who happen to pull on the wires. Plugged kitchen sink with inoperable disposal, open service panel on in-room air conditioner unit was also special.

A lot of outside construction going on….a lot of nails and screws were laying all over the parking area…can easily pick up a flat tire! Pool area was very small and not much seating. Hot tub didn’t work. The pull out couch was nothing but springs. Felt bad for our older kid that got stuck sleeping on it. Definitely needs updating

Great place to stay with kids, starbucks is right next door and there were some other little shops and food right there.

Nice and quiet hotel. Had a bunch of kids in the hotel when we stayed and didn't really hear them too much. Great breakfast and clean room.
