Holiday Inn Express and Suites Sioux Falls SW, an IHG Hotel

Fine location with dining options close. The highways are handy and streets are broad with shopping and things to see around the area. Nice part of town. Hotel is clean and not full of trouble makers. Staff are friendly and prompt and the pool is great for kids with a wading pool and some water toys for smaller children. Great hotel for families traveling.

Absolutely amazing! Check in was a breeze, the complimentary breakfast in the morning had long hours and amazing food for a hotel breakfast. I was there for a wedding so I didn’t use the pool facilities but it sounded fun when I went walking by tons of kids but you couldn’t tell from in the room

We stayed for 2 nights at this property. The staff are great and the breakfast buffet is good! The problems we have are the noise and beds. First night, around 11:30pm, there were a couple who were fighting in the hallway then around 3am, someone hit our door pretty hard. Second night, I thought my husband was snoring but it was actually coming from the other room. So when you stay here, either get a top floor room or expect a lot of random noises. Regarding the beds, we got the king size bed suite with the pull out couch. The bed was not as comfortable as we thought but doable. However, the pull out couch, that needs to be toss out because you can feel all the springs in that pull out bed or they should put like a very thick topper to make it comfortable. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly, my kids had so much fun at the pool and their hot tub is hot not luke warm, which is great!

Very comfortable beds. Hot tub was not super hot, kids could even use it.

Children's pool was out of order, which was a bummer as we had kids that wanted to play in it. The room was nice and the service was good.

It was just one of your best facilities in all respects. Upon arrival and finding out there was children's ice hockey teams staying I fear there would be noise but it was a nice quiet respectful group. Everything was A in all respects. Thank you!

The only inconvenience was that the room details stated it slept 6 with 2 queens & a pull out sofa. However, the pull out sofa was a very small single bed-only big enough for 1 child.

There was poop in the hot tub, kids pool wasn’t turned on. But the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable.

We always seem to have good experiences with Holiday Day Inn Express, but this location was exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast was hot and offered plenty of options. The only negative was the pool was way over chlorinated and it was too hard to breathe in there, so kids swimming was cut short.

Wouldn’t let you check in early, Had to wait outside in a car with my family until the 3pm check in time.
