Tru by Hilton Seneca Clemson

Other than the grounds being leaf blown at 8:00am stay was great. We were on the first floor with a room in the front, it was very loud and annoying. Was praying to sleep in due to a very late drive and check in. The room on top of us was also loud, a kid kept running around.

I must for this hotel very clean and well managed The staff is very friendly ,I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family also their is places around that’s walking distance to go and shop and eat

There was an issue that was between Expedia and the hotel. However Lexi ant the front office accommodated our stay while the issue was resolved she was very welcoming and caring. Also the hotel offers board games, pool table which are very entertaining for the kids which the kids loved. Hotel is clean and quiet also parking is safe.

We were spending the night just prior to a local family vacation. we have stayed at this location before but it is definitely not as clean as it used to be. The floors were sticky and you can see that the furniture is needing professional cleaning. The elevators and elevator lobbies were dirty and the window shade in our room was broken. The floor in the room was also sticky. The beds were comfortable.

Hotel is perfect for Clemson university visiting, 5 minutes from campus. Hotel is a great setup for families to explore Clemson and surrounding areas. Hotel staff friendly and knowledgeable

Great property near the campus. Rooms are pretty compact but what you need. Outdoor area great for hanging out with family.

The room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for it to be cleaned. The front desk was apologetic and gave us water. After getting into the room, the door was opened twice by cleaning staff that did not know that the room had been cleaned. They did not knock. They were apologetic. Around 10:00 p.m., guests began coming into rooms and were loud in the hallways and in the room next door. Finally called the front desk around midnight and they were aware of who the guests were and that they would go out front and make the parents aware that there has been a noise complaint and that they needed to speak to their children. The front desk attendant will could not leave the desk because she was the only one on duty.
