Hampton Inn Matamoras/Milford

I just love that it is close to a supermarket and a few restaurants and also very close to Walmart, which is all that matters to me lol nah, staff is very polite and the hotel is clean and I make sure that I only stay in a hotel that is clean and safe for my children.. positive vibes!’

We booked two rooms for our family and When we checked in we found some clothes in the closet staff shifted our room to another room and again we found dirty tissue in the drawer… and the other room we found glass 👓 under the table and coffee machines and headboard is very dusty… we complained at the same time but no action at all.…

My spouse and our small dog stayed at this hotel for 10 days beginning November 20th - November 30th. We found the room exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and although it was very cold outside it was east to control the room tempertaure for comfort. The onsite Laundry facility was excellent and the included breakfast was good every morning. 24hr coffee in the lobby was appreciated along with the nightly cookies. I cannot say enough about the staff. Courteous, Professional, Friendly and went out of their way to make our stay delightful. We we're visiting family in the area and will make sure we book this hotel for all future visits.

The room was nice and clean, but wasn’t the room I booked. I booked and paid for a room with a king bed, but got 2 queens. FD was nonchalant. We were only there for one night to see family so it wasn’t the end of the world but would have liked to have gotten what we paid for-especially since it was pretty expensive for 1 night! Otherwise- good hotel. Pool was nice. Good location.

Clean rooms. A place for the family to stay.

We had a great time just for an overnight stay. We were visiting family and stayed over before the ride home on Sunday. The pool was open late which was great since we got back late. The front desk staff very friendly. The breakfast was really good! The breakfast staff was also very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

When we got there our room wasn’t ready, had to call Expedia cuz they charged my card but wasn’t in the system in the hotel, so we had to call them was on the phone for like over an hour, we had 3 kids in the car the hole time and it wasn’t good, then the internet didn’t work all night and the kids had nothing to do, was not happy with our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool :)

Booked a room for two adults and 1 child and arrived to a king room with no couch, chair, or any sleeping option for our son. Had to pay extra nightly for a roll away bed. The hotel staff was great and said none of the king rooms have space for a third sleeper so be warned of that if the description for the hotels says it on the third party sites.
