HYATT house Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting

My fiance and I only stayed here one night and that was one night too many. We stayed in one of the king suites. When we got checked into our room, sooo many things in the room were broken. The tv stand drawer was hanging off, fridge was dirty and covered in dents, bathroom sink was cracked. Plus, all of the door stoppers in the bedroom were laying on the floor and not attached to the wall. That wasnt even the worst of it, the walls here are PAPER THIN so we were unable to get decent sleep. The people in the room next to us had children that were running and screaming down the halls all night. Not to meantion we literally had to step over these kids because they were laying in the hallway. Some positives, the bed itself was pretty comfy and the room is conveniently located. Overall the room was pretty clean minus all of the broken stuff. Room was not worth the price paid and we will be avoiding this place in the future.

The 2 queen bed rooms we reserved for our family of 5 had ample space. The staff are very courteous and the location was convenient

Back from road , great staff. However the pull out bed is garbage not even suitable for kids. no padding, just springs. They chose to sleep on couh and were uncomfortable. Walls are thin and you can hear the room next door..

While the space was a good fit for our family, the cleanliness of our suite had something left to be desired. Staff was very friendly and attentive, however. The free breakfast was a highlight.

Room was very clean when we checked in for our 8 day stay. Room service came 2 x in the 8 days. First time barely did anything. Second time was great. Got skipped EVERY time they were in our floor. Asked if they were doing our room and they always had a reason why they were not even if they were at the room next door. . Continually had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Had a room on the first floor next to the pool, 3 times during our stay there were VERY LOUD groups of drunk rude kids screeching and not having any respect for the fact it was 1:30 AM. Only to move into their room next to ours slamming doors and screeching at each other until 2:30 AM. No thanks. Won’t be back there.

I liked the idea of having a full kitchen in our room but when I walked in the smell of the room was moldy and there were stains on the curtains and the door lock was broken along with the door not shutting unless you pulled hard or pushed hard and we had small children so we had to put objects behind the door which was unsafe and a fire hazard just so we felt safe going to sleep while they slept near the door.

Stayed with family of 7 total. great place since it felt like a little apartment, our suite had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Rooms got cold which was amazing for us! We like our rooms cool at night. Breakfast had a nice variety with eggs, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, muffins. Definitely would stay here again!

I was so disappointed with my last stay, as I loved this hotel so much but I seemed to see the conditions aren’t as good as before in an overall view. Felt that has been abandoned and not care of the building itself. Yet, staff seemed very unaware the importance of keeping the customers in good standing. The inconsiderate behavior of customers children while staying and the noise, the jumping from and from couch to floor I couldn’t even sleep having a child doing that from Saturday afternoon till Sunday when I checked out, I mentioned and not complaint to the front desk but was nothing done about or perhaps 🤔 nobody care. I will not stay there again. Plus I’ve got 2 wrong rooms and obviously it wasn’t the hotels fault but the Hotels.con fault. I was looking forward to spend my weekend vacation but couldn’t enjoyed.

These kind of hotels that have the kitchen are perfect for longer stays but it was great for myself and children to stay over night for my massage therapy seminar. The breakfast was great and the service from everyone was awesome!

If you are looking for a two bedroom suite, this room is great. Each room has it's own bath and privacy. Good for a family or two couples. Kitchenette was good. Sofa in living area was low quality and not that comfortable. TV sets in all three areas.
