We felt the service was great, breakfast was served in time and good. However, the room was in good clean condition, but the bathroom had no air vent and there appeared to be dirt and mold on the walls around the shower. Also, the sink drained pretty slow but was fixed on the second day . Lastly the pool area was not clean and there was not enough seats available for parents to watch their children swim.

My family stayed here 2 nights for Thanksgiving. Very clean rooms. Friendly, accommodating staff. Good breakfast. 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate. We would stay here again.

Beds were a little too firm for my liking but otherwise had a great stay! Staff was super friendly especially the little old woman with white hair in the breakfast area always talked to us and made us feel like family!

Unfortunately, we found this hotel unclean and outdated. Our black-out curtain was torn in several places and did not completely close, there were very few outlets and no USB outlets, the pull-out sofa mattress was very old, thin, and extremely uncomfortable even for children, and there was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Hotel room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location not bad. Not too many restaurants around. Had to drive away of the hotel just to get food. Refrigerator not working well. Had to ask for towels both days since it was towels in the room for 4 and we were 6. Very dissapointed with pool, very cold. We and other clients complained several times and nothing was done. Pool too cold specially for little children. Will not return due to the lack of attention to take care of the temperature of the pool and having not plenty of towels for the whole party. .

I booked this hotel for a weekend for my family because the majority of the reviews on here were positive. Those who left them have to really have low standards. When I walked into the lobby first thing I noticed was, not so clean, floor but I figured it was the evening and it will be cleaned next day, well 2 days later it was still dirty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool says it's open until midnight, but only for people over 18. Our kids were disappointed to only have 30 minutes to swim after a long day of travel. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was overall comfortable, but a little noisy because we faced the highway. The breakfast was good.

Pulling into the hotel started out with grass 18+ inches high. Our room was beyond filthy! I spent over an hour scrubbing my bathroom so my children didn’t not have to put their bare feet on the filth. I also went and bought bleach, bathroom mats, and new towels. Our towels were covered in bodily hairs and stained. Nevermind feeling as tough as sand paper. Underneath the beds were also disgusting. The one bed had a gigantic spill that was there for at least a few days. Sticky and full of bugs. The other bed had hair, dust, dirt and old bags stuffed underneath. I went to the front desk to complain and was created with a cold answer that “They will check on their maintenance team and send them back”. Not much was done after that and we left disgusted. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone or their pets!!!

It’s a decent hotel for a quick one night stay. Don’t expect anything fancy, though because it’s very basic. It’s about 25 minutes from Hershey Park which was our reason for staying. My biggest complaint were the towels. They look like they haven’t been replaced since 2000. I don’t understand why they can’t upgrade the towels. They are small and very rough feeling. The room was clean and the shower was nice and strong. We didn’t eat at the buffet because there were too many sick kids hanging out around the food. Not the hotel’s fault. There is a Cracker Barrel very close by and that’s where we ate breakfast.
