Arrived with my family and met my brother there. Large, clean room with a great breakfast with lots of choices for a healthy, protein-filled breakfast.

The room we got had a weird low frequency sound. My wife got an headache du to this. I meet one of the nicest guy at the reception. Rick as amazing. I told him and without any delay he transferred us to a new room. I think Rick has customer service in is DNA. The second room did not have this sound and my wife and the kids slept like babies. What could have been a bad experience turn into a nice and comfortable experience. The rooms are great and the personel amazing. The gym was clean and had what we expected for a training session.

My husband and grandkids enjoyed the pool very much!

Could not access digital key nor did the hotel have internet. Very inconvenient with children because we could not leave our room because we had no key card at all! Very poor service for travelers with children.

The hotel feels like a home away from home. You get a full kitchen with a decent size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Our room was not clean and we found a few things around the room but the manager (Mr. Luis) was really nice and made it right. Our group had 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space in this room. I will definitely go back.

This property provided great gathering space for family in town for a wedding. It is near alot of shopping, reataurants, etc and had a good breakfast. The fitness area was good too, alot of people used it.

This Property needs better management. There were many problems. Too start off this hotel was not clean as the others, especially the bathroom. Shower had yuck all around it. The water coming out of the pipes was very cloudy. I told family not to drink or brush teeth with. Breakfast was not up to par and the fruit offered was bruised and unappealing. The Beds seem to be clean but overall housecleaning could do a better job. Also I would add if you are going to have soap dispensers in the showers they should be kept full and working. This property was in bad need of management doing a better job of making sure everyone on the team cared about their work and their customers. I would not recommend staying at this particular property. I stayed at several Home 2 Properties during the week and this one just didn't stand up to inspection in many areas.

We were at a kid swim meet weekend, so price was really jacked up. over $300 for a room is a lot for a hotel like this. The room looked new, but the blind was broken and can't be opened once we lowered it. The room has a perpetual smell of stinky feet. The sheets are cheap microfiber sheets that looks like they were never washed. There is no cover for the cheap microfiber comforter, so not sure if it was even washed from the last visitor. The room has AC that we can adjust, but the kitchen has constant cold air that can't be shut off, so we had to turn on the heat to make the room not freezing in a hot summer day. Breakfast buffet is the only saving grace. It was simple, but relatively higher quality items. Still not worth the over $300 price tag. So definitely not going back.
