Incredible weekend! Such hospitality, welcome drinks, burley, valet, the whole nine yards. Beautifully decorated and renovated room with all the luxuries! Great choice of restaurants and so many activities to do on site! Out favorites were the obstacle course, rising e-bikes around and the spa! Dinner at Aquarius and Fawn n Fable was delicious! The patisserie is great and breakfast in our room was perfect! We are going back this summer with the kids!

While the resort facilities are wonderful, the food is mediocre at best, and everything costs a small fortune. My kids actually joked that we would be billed for the air we breathed during our stay.

I booked this stay to celebrate my sister’s birthday excited for a fun and memorable time with our family. Instead, we had both our dinner reservations canceled due to the power outage. Her massage ended up getting canceled as well; due to the outage she would have had her a massage in the dark and couldn’t use any of the wet facilities, which we were looking forward to using with our son, especially the indoor pool since he’s a bit too young to go to the peak in the cold weather. The entire time we were there, there were maintenance and construction people everywhere. The lights were not all lit around the property so we couldn’t enjoy those. Although restaurants were closed on the property, there were no places that the staff could recommend for us to go eat in the surrounding area. It was not the experience I was looking for to celebrate my sister’s birthday, especially for the price we paid we expected everything to be up and running.

Enjoyed a wonderful long weekend away with our family. We loved the pool, animals and all of the fun things to do on property!

The only problem I had was leaving one of the restaurants. There were frosted glass doors on the kitchen. As I passed the doors, one flew open and the metal doorknob hit me in the arm and the door hit me in the leg. I have a huge bruise on my arm. I went to the front desk and told them about this. The server said it had happened before. The doors should not be frosted. A small child walking by could have been severely injured.

The property is absolutely stunning and the staff is attentive and helpful. The pictures say it all! Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay. Keep on reading if you want more details. There are lots of things to do within the resort and is perfect for families with young children. I went there for a 3 day convention and the food and service was extraordinary. I stayed for an entra day and did zip lining which was ok ($65 for two lines seems a bit much. It was presented as a 1 hour experience but in fact lasted 20 min) The reason why I’m not giving it the highest rating is because we asked for some extra hangers the day we arrived and kept on asking for the next 2 days and we never got them. The door knob in the bathroom was broken and even though we reported it no fixed it. These are details I would overlook if they weren’t charging more than $500 a night. For this price I expected perfection.
