Was very disappointed with this booking. We booked this stay 5 months ahead of my sons lacrosse tournament. We were never notified prior to our arrival that the pool was under major renovation. This would have been a deal breaker and we would have rebooked elsewhere. Being out in the 90 degree heat playing games all day, the pool is important to the kids to cool off at the end of the day. The hotel never notified us in the 5 months between our booking and arrival and did not offer any accommodation or discount for this amenity that we paid for but did not receive.
