SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Butler/Centre City

My husband and I came for a family reunion. We had to wait to check in as there was only 1 person who had left the desk to help a guest out. I didn't know about the parking fee but I understand as the hotel is located in downtown Butler. The rooms are nicely appointed, breakfast buffet is good with a few gluten free options. You can walk to several restaurants safely. The pool is small but adequate to swim in if it's just you. Work out room is more cardio based. I would stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze. Got an upgrade to my room. Staff friendly. Room was amazing & had everything we needed. Parking was easy to find and the fact I didn't have to pay for a garage was a perk. The only downside was the pool was freezing that my kids couldn't use it.

Staff was the best. Pool was nice but could be a bit larger for families. Breakfast was great coffee nice and steamy! Cleanliness was A .

This is the second time we have stayed here. This will definitely be the place we stay from now on when we come to visit family.

The room we stayed was the biggest hotel room I've ever seen. It was modern, clean and comfortable for my family.

The hotel was very nice. We checked in with no problem. They put us on the first floor within walking distance to the parking garage which was very nice. The room was very nice. We did notice a large 21/2 crack in the shower wall but other than that it was nice. We got there around five. They rented the room above us to someone with children About an hour after getting settled in all we heard was stomping and running in the room above us. ( for a new hotel I thought the noise was rather loud) we went to check out and the lady gave the bill and bill was more than we thought so I asked her why and she said there is a fee for the parking garage. I told her we were never told that. The lady then told us if we got the hotel through Expedia they will reimburse you. ( mind you there is no place to park your car so the garage is the only place). I probably will not go to that hotel again. There are to many other hotel that are just as nice with a parking lot. All aside the hotel was very nice.
