Quality Inn Gettysburg Battlefield

This property provided everything expected for the price we paid. The pool was wonderful and my grandchildren loved it. Breakfast was adequate. The property is in need of some general repairs and updates. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location of the hotel is right in the midst of several museums. Many restaurants to walk to also.would stay there again.

Took my family of five for a mini vacation and even though we have three young children we were put above a saloon with a raucous noisy crowd right underneath us until 1 o’clock each morning. Worse yet drunken patrons were gathering in front of the saloon door yelling and screaming and cursing in the middle of the night. There was green mold/algae growing on the sides of the swimming pool, which was full of ruffian people smoking cigars, chugging beer through funnels and drinking bottles of whiskey. Not my idea of a first class vacation as I had anticipated. At least the breakfast cottage was nice and the food was warm, and our actual beds were clean but there was no daily housekeeping. Terrific location right across from the Appalachian brewing company and near many other eclectic sites of Gettysburg and very close to the battlefield but unfortunately would not return. At minimum would demand a room on the far side facing the battlefield if I went again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was located so close to shopping and our favorite place to eat. The room was clean and the pool, that we used multiple times a day, was very well taken care of and clean. The staff was very accommodating, informative and overall friendly.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a weekend in Gettysburg - this older style hotel is conveniently located walking distance to the Natl Cemetery, battlefields, bus tours, restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious. The outdoor & Indoor pools helped us cool off and the breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appalachian Brewing across the street had delicious food & refreshing beverages. Great trip!
