This was among the cleanest and well-maintained motels I’ve ever stayed in. The owner/general manager, Joseph, has been running the business ever since he supervised its construction, in 1991. (I think I got that right.) The place clearly continues to be his baby—and it shows. The place is immaculate, the staff is courteous and appears to be happy, the beds are new and comfy, and the showers are the best ever. Seriously. The included breakfast is pretty basic, but it’s more than adequate to get you fueled up for the day. I bet you can tell I really liked the place; I’ll definitely be back.

This hotel was generally clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast had little protein, only yogurt and boiled eggs wirhblots of waffle irons which mustbbe helpful for families. The one comment I have to make is that the carpet in our room was filthy around the edges. They need to use a crevice tool to clean that up. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay, with 24 hour coffe and tea.

Clean room and property. It smelled of cigarettes or something when we walked in. Seems to be an older property with visible patch work done to the room we had. Budget friendly. Did not indulge in the included breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Grabbed a complimentary coffee upon check out and it was fine. The few staff members we encountered were friendly. No frills hotel that was good for parents moving out their kids from nearby Gettysburg College.

My grandkids really enjoyed the pool and of course staying in a hotel is like a pajama party with Nana :-) Employees were very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

It was perfect for me & my family. I requested 1st floor, although I had remind the desk clerk, she did accomodate us. It was a quiet location & comfy for ages 4-60! I saw a few bad reviews but we saw NOTHING to complain about, the room was very clean & the place was quiet. Continental breakfast was nice too!

Just stayed overnight to see our daughter and her family. The room was clean and quiet, the bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable, so we didn’t get as much sleep as we would have liked. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, though. Breakfast is continental style, but there’s Perkins and Dunkin Donuts nearby.

There was no warm or hot water to be able to wash up and we came with two little kids who needed to take baths after a long day. Reported to front desk and they said they would call maintenance and someone would be up in 20 minutes- no one came. Next morning followed up and they informed us the whole building had no hot water and there was nothing they could do. Sheets had cigarette burns in them and in general the hotel didn’t seem very clean.

The wifi was not working. Having a small child this was a necessity. When asking about the wifi at the desk, the person was very snappy and rude. Will not be coming back!

we were visiting family nearby so it 's the perfect location for us. We couldn't give a 5 star for cleanliness because the front doors to the hotel and the walls of the elevator were dirty our entire stay. The breakfast is definitely a carbs only but the area was always clean and everything well stocked. Fruit would be a very nice addition!
