Paper thin walls. Could hear kids running in rooms and up and down halls. No convenient ice maker on 2d floor. Rooms had no heater in bathroom, fireplace did not operate, thermostat did not operate. Nice view. Out-dated bathroom toilet. Just too little for the price. There are better otions.

Under construction, needs better customer service in the lounge / restaurant. Adobe is a sweet location with an amazing view. The hotel is in the middle of upgrades. The room is clean and has nice updates. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was warm and lively. Went to the lounge for a drink. Didn’t get waited on. Left after twenty minutes.

Hotel going under renovation , so we overlooked most of the issues due to this. All staff members seemed very stressed and didn't seemed very interested in helping out guests. We ate at the in house restaurant and experience much of the same in way of staff. Food wasn't much better to lack of taste and an extremely over priced for just an dinner for two. Wonderful views from the room overlooking the ocean, little concern about lack of guest safety for the little ones near the cliffs without of some sorts of rails. About all the hotel still needs work .

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a beautiful place to enjoy some quality family time and overlook the ocean. The property was remodeling when we arrived but our room was ship shape and well supplied! Thank you Adobe!

It was perfect, great for couples & families. Pool and hot tub are great. Room was spacious and ocean view was worth it. Definitely going back.

We stayed the night of 11/3/23 and asked for a refund after our first night. Our room was clean but outdated (the whole place was outdated). Our room was hot and the temperature regulator did nothing, we put the fan in the room next to the bed and was still hot. The restaurant on site had fantastic views. We tried the dessert and it was good, limited draft beer menu but full bar. The most disappointing thing to us was the hot tub, sauna, and kiddie pool were broken. The pool was open but was rather cold. For a place to advertise themselves as a resort, I expect amenities such as the hot tub to work. Our door made a clicking sound all night that sounded like someone was trying to break into the room. There was no outlet on the right of the bed, we had to move the couch to get an outlet. It's so sad that they are letting this place go, it's in such a beautiful location.

We stayed at the Adobe 2 years ago and loved it, so we wanted to stay again for 2 nights. However, the property was sold to someone from out of the country 1 1/2 years ago, and it has gone downhill since. The facing under the top of the window was peeling off in huge sections, and instead of scraping/repairing it, they just painted over the peeled away parts. When we turned the TINY lamp between the beds on, it had a horrible burning odor (we later were told it was the wrong size bulb). The room really smelled bad, in addition to the burning odor. When a mainenance man came, he did nothing but unplug the lamp and follow us to the front desk. They gave us a new room, which was marginally better, but the large windows overlooking the ocean had no screen, so if you open the window, it is really very dangerous with no screen. Especially if you have a pet or small child. They eventually got us a screen by taking it off of a different room's window, as they had no extra ones. There was a large hole by the lights over the bathroom sink because we found out they cut an opening for new lights, but the new lights had not arrived, so they had to reinstall the old ones. My son witnessed moths flying out of the hole, and they flew around our room all night. The restaurant has good food, and the view is great, as well as the path along the shore by the hotel, but the shoddy rooms are NOT worth what you pay. The new owners better step it up, or no one will return for a second time.

Shocking upon arriving was my initial reaction when I saw the hotel. Everything is run down and falling apart. It looks like the picture from the outside is 20 years too old. Walking into the family suite was rough, it smelled like fish, the dry wall was rotting everywhere, the table was kitchen table was sticky, the bottom of the tub in master bedroom felt like you’d fall through. The floor on the other side of the shower in the bedroom the carpet was wet from some type of leak. The toilet in this same bathroom tipped forward when you leaned, making it feel as if it would come off the wall and break. Sadly.. there were also bugs in the room. We came to this area to celebrate our daughters 7th birthday and everywhere was booked with the size of our family. Thank GOD the sheets and beds were clean. The location is really something special and a shame they do not truly take care of it the way it deserves. Unfortunately I do not recommend or will ever stay here again.

1st off, I made my reservation online. I also called the Resort after talking to Travelocity to make sure everything was all good. I have worked in the hotel business for years and I know how things can get. #1 The pictures of the rooms are misleading. We checked into our room. There was multiple things wrong with the room. Things not working, tables sticky, The carpet was bulged. I tripped and fell over the rippled carpet. I have pics and videos of the crazy carpet. I was told they had nowhere else to put me and my family that’s the room we get. They said they are doing room renovations. I rented two rooms through Travelocity because it was supposed to be a special trip. His room had no toiletries in his bathroom, one of the guests had to sleep on the floor because there was no couch. We were promised a couch in that room, because each room was allowed five guests. That wasn’t the case. I was then told at the front desk they were getting rid of the couches. I told her that I was told on the phone from their front desk agent when confirming my reservation both rooms would have a couch. The TVs were not plugged in. The microwaves were not plugged in. The refrigerators were not plugged in, so they kept nothing cold. We didn’t realize that there was a cord inside the cabinet. That’s why it was stopping the TV from working they told us it was because they put new TVs in the room and they just didn’t get them put together. They never should’ve rented these rooms out!

Absolutely incredible! They are in the middle of a mini facelift but you’d never know! The facility is clean and quiet. The staff is incredibly friendly and the views are unforgettable! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would absolutely come back! 10 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
