Hallmark Resort - Newport

An amazing place! The customer service here was top notch: kind people and nice, thoughtful touches all along the way. It's a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. The kids loved the pool. And our puppy had a great stay too. When they say, pet-friendly they mean it! We'll defintely be back.

It was great, my husband and I alone and also with our kids have stayed here many times. We love it! They are always so welcoming, accommodating and friendly, the rooms are cozy and comfortable..it’s amazing! When we have had small issues that weren’t the hotels fault they have gone above and beyond to fix it for us.

Was traveling with a young child and a friend. The loft room was great to be able to separate child, have plenty of room to spread out and play card games, and have modern conveniences such as a minifridge & microwave. The fireplace was a nice touch. View was amazing, access to the beach was great, parking was ample. Check in was easy and efficient. Pre-check in over the phone was great, staff had many great suggestions for what to do in Newport with a child our age. Appreciated the convenience of Georgie's on site, restaurant has many options for dining across palettes and preferences.

Beautiful views! Very accommodating & friendly staff. The Admirals Suite is very spacious, great size for a family.

My family had a great couple of days and enjoyed every minute. The room was spotless and the beds so comfortable. I even got birthday wishes and complimentary sparkling cider. The view was awesome!

This is such a beautiful place to stay! Our kids enjoyed it right along side us. We had a giant bathtub in our living room and it was also amazing. The pool was great and so was the staff.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a ground level room and we’re near the stairs to the beach. It was very peaceful to sit in or out and watch the waves. Front desk staff were friendly and quick with solutions. Our check in was easy and the front desk agent made sure we knew about rides, the aquarium, and other fun sites for the kids, and made sure we got some fun sand buckets for the kids. We’ve been traveling a lot in this vacation and I was thrilled to have laundry available. Have your own detergent and quarters, it would have been nice to have a change machine in the guest laundry area but the front desk was prepared to get me the coins as needed. The pool area was fantastic. The pool was good sized. The hot tub was very hot though - no complaints from me since we’d been in the car a long time and it felt good. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant and the cinnamon French toast and the Belgium waffle were delicious. Overall, I’d stay here again. Maybe with just my husband though. It was a very romantic spot and I’m sure most of the beauty and amenities were missed by my kids.
