Breakfast was good, staff was nice, area around the property was beautiful. Bed was very uncomfortable, in the span on 2 night averaged about 2 hours of sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable. My girlfriend ended up sleeping on the couch, she said it was more comfortable than the bed. Hot tub was open and there were people being loud and obnoxious that also made it hard to sleep. When my girlfriend and I were in the hot tub it was nice until a mom and 2 kids came into the hot tub. One of the kids were swimming and splashing around like they were in a pool and the other was blowing snot rockets into the hot tub. More adults came in and they were drinking which made it very difficult to enjoy the hot tub.

Love this place. We actually live in Sisters, but had to find a place to stay for a night while some work was being done where we live. Our family friends stay here every time they visit, so we knew exactly where to go. It's always comfortable, clean, quaint, easy to walk to town, and, well, the alpacas. C'mon! Who doesn't love those floofs? Definitely the only place to stay when visiting Sisters. Heck, even a perfect sanctuary for your stay in the entirety of Central Oregon.

What a special treat to have alpacas in the backyard of the property! An even better surprise to see a newborn alpaca that was only 3 hours old.

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. The grounds are large with room for kids to play in the grass around big redwood trees or look at the alpacas in the large field in front of the hotel. The pool area was really relaxing with lots of chairs, sun, and shade. The front desk makes change for the laundry facilities and has tide laundry detergent. We were just passing through on our way to visit National Parks and now we want to come back for a longer stay in Sister, OR and stay here again!

This place was wonderful. We stayed in Room 140. It was quiet, we'll decorated, had a jacuzzi tub, nice shower, plenty of room, and super clean. I love the extras that they provide, Bath salts and robes. There was a gas fireplace, a/c and heat pump. The wildlife around that area is exciting to see and the Alpaca along the front. There's a pool and hot tub, breakfast, and walking trails in the forestry area. Close to stores and restaurants and then a short distance to the "touristy" area. We recommend "Philadelphia's Steaks & Hoagies" for lunch. Large sandwich and the drinks weren't over priced. Definitely a wonderful place for couples and families. It was great to see kids playing in the grassed area and no one telling them to stop. I was reading on the back patio and there was a doe right near me... it was cool. We had a great time here.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool that is heated. Animals for the kids to watch. The room was very clean and well lighted. A good comfy chair by the window to relax in and enjoy the view. The beds offer a good nights sleep. The bathroom area is large, two separate sinks and counters separated by a door between the bath area and dressing area. They have a good breakfast in the morning. The people at the front desk are very good at getting you checked in and on your way to your room. There was very little waiting because they had 3 pros behind the front desk. They have a southern exposer deck with chairs for an afternoon in the sun relaxation. Every thing and more that you would expect from a great hotel.
