Great hotel for families. The 24 hour pool and gym was clutch

I had a good stay at this hotel. It was clean. The staff was very friendly. We had a balcony room overlooking the river. We enjoyed watching the other tourists do the swan-shaped paddle boats so much that we did it too. The location is very walkable for the restaurants and shops, and even to the beach to take in the sunset. If I had beach chairs or a cooler to take to the beach, I would probably drive and park because it's just a little too far with things to carry. The breakfast was great and really filling. Definitely a bonus to the stay. The pool was pretty cold and busy, but the kids still had a good time. I would stay here again if I come back to this town.

Very disappointed we didn’t get checked in till 4pm. My family and I had to get freshen up out side by our car trunk after a 5 hour drive everyone kept getting checked in but us cause we weren’t members. Front desk girl was super rude.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed during corgi beach day and they were very accommodating to my family and pup. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was hearty. Location is ideal where it’s just a couple of blocks from the beach.

Clean surroundings and rooms were spacious and two king bed was a nice touch especially is you have to kids sharing a bed and not having to worry one or the other will fall off the bed while sleeping… staff are friendly and courteous. Free breakfast was nice also and everything was close to the hotel from restaurants, stores and the beach was not that far either and walkable distance. This is the only hotel we stay at whenever we’re in Seaside and will come back again next time for sure!

Check in was smooth & easy was able to get in early & had no issues with our two fur babies. Breakfast in the morning was why we also selected the property. Everything was wonderful & we will be back when visiting seaside! Thank you you making our 1st trip to seaside memorable!

When my family and I went for New Year’s Eve night we booked through Expedia. When we booked it was said that it was a river view and had everything else we were looking for. Then we get there and the two receptionists were rude and talking to me and my partner like we were stupid when we were asking questions. Once we got to our room it wasn’t a river view so we went back down to figure it out and basically told us we couldn’t get one unless we canceled the reservation we made and did a new one and hope we’d get our money back even after she said their booking cancellation rules. So then after over an hour and a half of trying to figure it out with support and them not answering the calls the receptionists denied us being able to move rooms KNOWING they had them available but because I wouldn’t let her be disrespectful to us she didn’t like that and treated us poorly and being unprofessional.

Our stay was excellent. We celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary. The room was clean, breakfast was good each morning. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family if they are visiting the Oregon Coast. Thank You for the wonderful stay!

Pool and Spa open 24 hours- children not allowed after 10pm- amazing!! Breakfast is pretty decent albeit a little crowded. Love the firepits outside and the good a/c inside our room that we could control. The jetted tub was heaven. Dislikes- only one elevator, constantly in use.

Our stay was wonderful! Started out with a great check in experience and continued to get better. The service and amenities were excellent. My family and I were happy and comfortable.
