Hi-Tide Oceanfront Inn

We had a fun family vacation in a perfect location in Seaside to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer in an easily accessible way. The building rooms are comfortable but in need of an upgrade. The front office staff were wonderful and engaging with us and our grandkids. As a beachside hotel, daily cleaning would be a great upgrade. I hope they have the opportunity to give the facility a major upgrade to make this place even better in the years to come.

Close to the ocean. Beautiful area and close walk to the main tourist area of Seaside. The staff were awesome and it was nice having DVD movies to watch with the family and cookies. The pool was clean and warm.

Second time stay at Hi-tide and it has been an amazing experience, from the staff to the beautifule view of the beach. I recommend the Hi-tide for couples and families.

Nice place for a family to stay. Close walking to everything in seaside. A little dated on some features but overall worth the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful, free fresh cookies at 6pm.

Definitely the red headed stepchild if the property. Ok for the price I guess

Second year my four kids and I have stayed here for a quick beach get away amazing views and nothing pretentious. This year we brought our own DVDs, but the office still has a great collection.

By far, this is the best $100 I’ve spent in my life. Lets get started 1). Friendliest staff 2). The BEST heated pool. Usually it’s hard as an adult to get in pools with the kids cause they are cold…this was the most comfortable temp pool….nice and warm!! 3). Free warm cookies at 6pm….all wrapped individually and nice selection 4). Netflix 5). Oceanfront view 6). Right on the boardwalk 7). Clean and comfortable beds!! 8). Beautiful porch with seating 9). Little kitchenette with microwave and fridge 10). And there’s an outside spigot that you can wash your feet off from the beach before you go to your room. It’s so much bang for your buck….this hotel exceeded our expectations!!!

Great location and affordable. Pool and Hot Tub were pretty crowded and inaccessible, but good for kids. We stayed across the street in the small complex, but it had a kitchenette, so we cooked up some fresh seafood pasta and had a blast. Also had a fireplace. Honestly the best and affordable stay I've ever had near the ocean. Seaside is like a dream getaway spot. Hotel was one block from the epicenter and shops.

From the friendly staff, to the cleanliness, and very family friendly. We've made it a family tradition to come to seaside and specifically stay at Hi-tide! We love it!
