Inn at Otter Crest

We loved our stay at Inn at Otter Crest. The unit we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and had a great view of the ocean. We were unaware that they are vacation rentals managed by the "Inn", so that's the only downside - and I only say that because different units have different amenities and such. There was a small child in the unit above us that ran around the unit literally from 7 am to 9 pm every single day and that was quite annoying, but being a family friendly place we understood. That was really the only con of the place. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the pizza at the restaurant is up with the best I've ever had, especially in the PNW.

The hotel is actually a series of condo rentals, which means all the rooms are slightly different. I feel like the facilities are starting to reflect their age quite a bit. The grounds, however, are gorgeous. Paper thin walls in my room meant that I could hear EVERY word from the noisy family with kids next door starting at 7:45 am. Would be awesome is there were adults only sections of the property.

We were in the area visiting family. With our granddaughter along, this unit was perfect. It had additional space, a working FP, beautiful view from the balcony, and very comfortable beds.

We loved the access to the quiet, beautiful beach. The property is well maintained. It was a bit noisy for our family. We could hear the conversations in the rooms next to ours and the loud walking back and forth above us. It was difficult to sleep. But, it worked in a pinch.

My family loves the access to the small beach and tide pools.

This is not our first time at the property but the first time in the condo! Best view on the property! Highly recommend for a family or some friends. Favorite place we have rented so far on the oregon coast!

This was an amazing property. The staff was great friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative we have a long term neighbor who had been there for over 5 months at the time. He was very rude to me and my children. The hotel said they we working on getting him removed. They did offer for us to change rooms, but they didn't have one of the same size. Our last day we left sooner than we planned to avoid drama.

This was our second thanksgiving we came here because of the location with the beautiful setting and trees; the ocean view is amazing! The unit we stayed in #119, a dump. Big stains on what looked like the 30 year old carpet were discussing; moulding coming off the tub and walls. Paint chipping. The neighbors, had a wonderful time with little children, because we could hear everything as if they were standing right next to us. It was really loud and pretty annoying. For what we paid. We did close the pocket doors which helped a little. I know we paid for the view, but we were really disappointed with this unit. Will not go back.

At first we were thrown by the fact that you have to park your car in a lot, and a golf cart will take you to your room. But once we got used to this, we loved it. They were fast to come get you if you didn't want to walk to your car, and it was so quiet because of no cars. It's a 21 and over property so no noisy kids. Sorry, I have already gone thru this phase and appreciate the quiet. The room had a wall of windows with a beautiful covered deck with a table and seating, so you can watch the ocean even if it's raining. Loved it, altho the TV selections were poor. Loved the private beach and the colorful Muscovy ducks on the property. We did not try the restaurant on site, or the pool, but hope to in the future. The bathroom was very small, but anything negative is nit picking because we can't wait to go back.

Lots of walking trails. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Game room was a nice bonus with kids. Didn’t feel all cooped up in one hotel building with nowhere to go. We will be back!
