Pool signage ssid closed but guests utilizing it...limited dining options for breakfast...construction had kids traveling through casino floor to eat... not family friendly in that aspect

I loved how quiet and affordable this hotel was. It had plenty of options for food without me even having to leave the hotel! I would recommend this place for families also!

Felt good to be away from home and it not break the bank or have kids taking over the place. Only wish would be year round hot tubs.

There was soap scum on the shower floor. The bed was uncomfortable. The AC was noisy and stayed on constantly. Parking was too far from entrance. I was unable to leave a message for my family in another room to let them know I was there because I didn’t know their room number. My favorite game had been removed from the casino.

This hotel was soooo nice, the customer services was nice, and the room was nice. They have so many other store inside the casino it just a nice place to come either with your spouse or with family or whatever. I would suggest this place everytime. Will be back in two months, Just an awesome place to stay.

Receptionist was super nice and even got us a top floor river view! Our heat went out during these freezing temps and the lady was so sweet and wanted our son to have a good experience. Greatly appreciate the extra care and level of service to my family. We won’t forget it!

Weekend getaway with family. Hotel was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room spacious. Biggest issue was no outside device was allowed to be connected to the TV. We had previously stayed here and my son was able to hook up his Xbox, but this time we were informed no device could be hooked up to TV. Which is too bad as there is nothing for kids to do at this resort, no arcade, no movie theater, no bowling, no laser tag, etc. Having something for kids to do would be great especially if adults wanted to spend time in casino playing.

Wonderful staff. Such peaceful/quiet rooms. Lots to do on the resort and also very kid friendly. We had a lovely time.
