The room was clean, nice and warm. Friendly staff and very helpful. Thank you for our quick family trip in Tulsa.

Pizza crust empty bottles and mice on floors of room. at checkin after 2 hr 30 min check in wait. Couldnt shower no towels available. No towels at pool. At 1045 they finalky kicked out group of ten underage spanish kids from adult swim. Outdoor bar closed at 10pm. Got charged twice for bar tab. Just pay an extra 50 75 bucks and stsy somewhete else. Tgey also do not honor state tax exemption status nor offer military or disabled discounts. No bkfast anywhere in building during the week. Worst stay anywhere.

Osage Hotel & Casino was there for my family in our time of need.

No microwave or refrigerator in room. Limited dining choices. No luggage carts. At night children running all over pool area, couple fighting slamming doors beating on door and yelling. Some one kept taking our patio chairs, patios are not private and are on the ground floor only.

Had a very bad experience. Supervisor had to lie to me that they mistakenly checked me out so I need to come to the front desk ASAP. I had to leave my kids and rush to the front desk Only to get there and be met by a cop who said the heavy wind made my car door scratch someone’s car which I wasn’t aware of. I spent over 15 minutes (whilst my kids were still in the room) talking to the police, the other car owner and the security guard who said when they watched the surveillance video it shows clearly that I did not noticed that. Meanwhile my food I ordered was with the front desk till it got cold. This has been my worst experience ever with any hotel staff in all the tournaments we’ve been to in the last 10 years. Never again osage. Unprofessional staff.

Breakfast was really disappointing. Ive stayed in lesser quality hotels with a better selection. This is a casino so i cant imagine that they cant afford to.offer more than biscuits and gravy, some yogurt, pastries, and waffles. Not even any eggs. Had to but charging boxes for our phones because the built in jacks didn’t work. Other than that, the room was nice. I liked the big fire pit. The pool was closed which i understand but my kids got to enjoy the hot tub.

I loved the rooms they were comfortable and perfect size for our family. The patio was nice and enjoyable, with the perfect weather. I wish that the giftshop or anything in the building had milk.

New hotel is very nice and pool area was great for the kiddo.

It was a nice stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The rooms don't use trash bags in their trash cans and the inside of the cans were filthy, but other than that the room was clean. I would suggest investing in trashbags for the cans to keep those cleaner. The food was good. We would go again.
