Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites POTEAU, an IHG Hotel

Only downside is the pool hasn’t been open or working the last several times we’ve stayed here and the kids are extremely disappointed.

I was very disappointed to find out the pool was out of service when we chose the holiday inn specifically for the indoor pool. The elevator was broken to our floor, and when we got to our room and settled in, we discovered the TV was broken. They switched our room, but it was a big hassle. My toddler also found a random lid to something beside the bed in our room that shouldn't have been left if the room was properly cleaned.

We were traveling back from a long day of moving my kid to AR. The clerk was super friendly friendly and helpful. The room was less clean than I expected but I’m seeing that in most places lately. I guess short staff everywhere is a problem. The ac didn’t seem cool enough, but I was tired so I slept. Breakfast was really good and decent choices. I would probably stay again if I were that way but I would like to see it cleaner. Reasonably priced and easily accessible. Felt safe. Good lighting in parking lot, business center if you need it and a pool. Seemed to have everything you would want while traveling. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours.

We arrived early and the check in was perfect! The room was very accommodating and we slept like babies!
