this is a pretty nice hotel for the price. It's conveniently located to cute downtown shops and eateries, and is right next door to the convention center. We had a king size bed with a coach and the room was huge. They have converted the vanity area into a coffee bar and put a small sink in to the enclosed bathroom with the toilet and sink, making it super squished. this worked for just me and my husband, but wouldn't have worked well had we had our kids with us. Bed was super comfortable and parking is free, so we would definitely stay here again. Also, other reviews mentioned the noise from the open area and there is definitely noise on the weekends - if you are sensitive to that, bring something to cancel the noise out.

Loved the atmosphere and uniqueness of the hotel. Staff personnel were pleasant and helpful. Food was good at the in-house restaurant but somewhat expensive and restrictive in portions. Parking was somewhat limited and required to park across the street in a municipal parking facility, making it inconvenient to transport kids/baggage back to the hotel (solution: leave family luggage at hotel first before parking across street). My bad that I did not read the entire website write-up on amenities ... but there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms, and no complimentary breakfast. Hotel is located in heart of old downtown with little in the way of shops/restaurants nearby. It was a nice experience and different from hotel stays in the past ... but would not recommend it for the average traveler.

We had a sleepover party for our kids birthdays and this was where the birthday girl wanted to stay. The staff helped them with their scaverger hunts and were very nice. The rooms were very clean as was the whole building. However, the left elevator makes some odd noises and that made me uneasy. Overall its a very nice hotel with a friendly staff!

We got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. Had to crawl out after they finally open the door. We was stuck between the 3rd and 4th floor. Sheets in our room had holes and the toilet had urine on the bottom. Pool was shut down while my kids was swimming because the chemicals was off in the water. They did give us our money back but now my kids are scared to ride in an elevator

The staff is always warm and welcoming. They're helpful, humorous, and help you get relaxed. This is our preferred hotel to book when we visit family in Fort Smith. Only thing missing is a mini fridge.

The front desk manager has extreme personal issues that are inappropriatly being brought into the workplace. My kids and their father are traveling back to okc while I am stuck in orlando for meetings. I booked them this hotel the first night. Offered a pre authorization they told me they didnt need it. They checked in checked out all good no issue. I rebooked them for two more nights. Seeing as I am a club Wyndham member of almost 15 years and I travel with Wyndham a lot I thought it was perfect and rebooked. They wouldnt allow them to use my card I gave them on their phones for electronic pay tp pay the deposit due to the card name. Even though they did the night beforewould not run a pre authorized form even though thats a structure every hotel has. I own three busineses I book suites for employees often and the emplpyee does not ever handle a dime of that I do. But the largest issue I have is that when my kids step mom tried to reason to use the card she had been given the one by her phon only. The lady freaked out due to having to have a hysterectomy due to health reasons which she told us and then yelled at my kids step mom and told them to leave. The whole thing was extremely inappropriate I hear people ask that all the time. She was trying to help her understand that they had been there before and they were just trying to get the kids in a room. The lady was innpropriate. Her womb and what happens to it isnt a customers fault. We shouldnt know about that at all.
