Residence Inn Wheeling-St. Clairsville, OH

My family and I have been here a few times visiting family and this place never disappoints. Vicky who checked us in went above and beyond multiple times to make our stay memorable. This is my forever hotel when coming to Bridgeport from now on.

This is our go to hotel when we are in town every few months. I don’t usually have any complaints but I do this trip. They remodeled the stuff in the rooms. We always get a 2 bedroom suite which has a living room and full kitchen. Apparently they decided to not put chairs around the dining room table anymore so you have to stand to eat. I did call the front desk and they found 2 chairs in storage but I really don’t understand why they didn’t replace the chairs or just keep the old ones. I have a 3 year old grandson who likes to color and do playdough. He had nowhere to do it. We have family come visit and like to play cards, we couldn’t do it. To some, this may be minor, but to me, this will have me looking for another place to stay. Everything else about our stay was perfect so it’s really a shame.

This has become our favorite staycation get away spot. Perfect venue for small ministry/business and family gatherings. Staff is wonderful and treat us like family. Always clean and accommodating. Cozy atmosphere by the fire in the evening.

Had to change rooms because tvs weren’t working and neither were the remotes . Once in the second room the TVs worked but the majority of channels for kids did not and the remotes still didn’t work. The rooms also still had trash in them and no bags with dirty dishes . Very disappointed .I’m not sure I will stay here again . Unless the hotel can make up for the stay .

Yet another excellent stay at Residence Inn at Ohio Valley Mall. We meet their with our family and it meets all our needs, including its location. The staff is friendly and supporting...We will be back again soon!
