Hampton Inn Zanesville

The hotel was doing renovations. There were tarps on the floors and workers with drywall mud. Recommend they should have worked on one floor at a time. ALSO, there were MANY children in the indoor pool running and jumping, doing flips into the pool all while being unattended!! There should be adult supervision!!

Very friendly. Very clean. Good location. Parking is a bit odd with so mag "reserved" spots but not too bad. Nice pool, not too deep...good for kids. Would be nice to have a hot tub but not a show stopper. Good breakfast and awesome sweet tea in the evening...a special treat!

Small hotel, Clean, pool area was kind of a let down. The elevator would not work properly, had a hard time getting it to move. My family and I had got stuck in it. Nice breakfast.

My hotel revies of the Hampton Inn was at best grade D. The cost of this hotel was not reflected the quality. My return trip to Zanesville, I will certainly try another grade of Hotel. The location was great but I was expecting a classier hotel and room. My room was not cleaned properly, the carpet in the hall and room needs to be replaced or clean. The hotel need a supervisor that inspects or sample the cleaniness of the hotel each rooms. I don't have anything against truckers but The Hampton Inn is geared towards truckers and not business or family.

Service was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful,buffet was very good, brought a baby crib quickly when called, rooms clean and quiet

It was really disappointing. We got there and when we got up to the room we were going to give our daughter a bath but while filling the tub black specs came out of the faucet. So we just opted not to bathe her. At around 2:30 the room smelled like cigarette smoke it woke us all up. I looked outside the room and the window and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The baby has asthma and was clearly not falling back asleep after trying for 2 hours so we left at around 4am. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we left. Otherwise I would have brought this up then. It’s a nice hotel maybe we just got a not so great room.
