Brittany simply made the stay that much better. This was our second time staying. We used to utilize the Courtyard, but the location and staff have changed our mind. We have family in Health, Utica and St. Louisville and this location is the perfect spot in the middle. Thanks again Brittany! Also we love room 606!!!

Came in for the weekend for a mini family reunion and graduation. Arrived late on check-in day and the front desk clerk was very approachable and welcoming. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We've stayed 2-3 times at this hotel and it's been uniformly excellent each time. We like the suites - they are perfect for our three-person family. The past visit our room wasn't ready when we arrived and the front desk staff comp'ed us drinks at the hotel bar. We weren't delayed more than 15-20 minutes until the room was ready -- it was truly great above-and-beyond service.
