The rooms are smaller than other hotels in this range. The sink was separate from the bathroom so you had nowhere to put your glasses and clothes in the shower. The water in the shower was luke warm with hot turned up all the way. There was long black hair in the tub surround. The room heaters thermostat was whack. Had to turn it to 66 to keep from sweating and it was 23 outside. The refrigerator start clicking around 10 and did it all night. They checked in a family at 11 in the room next door who spent the next 2+ hours screaming at each other. We called the desk and they came down to talk to them. Lasted about 5 minutes and they were screaming again. Called the desk. This time they just called them. Screaming started again immediately. No way the front desk couldn’t hear them. Went out this morning and someone had emptied their trash in the back of our pickup.

I really wanted to like the property the reviews and the pictures looked great for the price and I’m not a complainer so for me to write this shows my concern. Upon checking in our room was filthy! There was a terrible smell, fleas, dead gnats, mosquitoes and other insects. We went to a local store got febreze & Lysol wipes, sprayed and cleaned the surfaces. The bed was ok, but the sheets had hairs in them, not like a transfer in the washer/dryer like they wasn’t changed. The walls were very thin we could hear our neighbors have a conversation at a normal level. The pool was nice but was small and crowed with 7-10 kids in it. The bathroom was clean and had great pressure and temperature. The check in staff was amazing and very helpful the check out staff could have cared less about the bug bites. The breakfast was really decent with a great selection.

Very reasonably priced hotel. We were a family of 5 with 2 rooms. The hotel was booked solid each night and the lady at the front desk (Beth I think was her name) was amazing. They were short staffed like every other business nowadays but she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The lady took care of everything from the front desk work to maintenance work and everything else in between. It was easy access right off the highway. Definitely recommend this hotel if your looking for an affordable room.
