The stay was great and the staff were very helpful. The pool was down, so our kiddo was unhappy but the outlet mall was right there. So super close.

Lots of kids in Lobby playing cornhole and being loud. They took over the lobby. No where quite for us to sit

Tru is always, clean, safe and I love the modern touch and family friendly games available.

Tru is quickly becoming my go-to hotel when I travel. The consistency across the brand is flawless. The sheets are so soft. My family loves the continental breakfast. Really wish you had Pepsi vending though.

There was kids running up and down the halls all day long and most of the night. Could not go downstairs to enjoy the lobby. To load and to many kids running around. Parents were not being responsible. Employees confronted the kids but they just laughed at them. Worst time ever in a hotel.

This property allowed a youth soccer tournament participants ages 9-12yrs old to take over this hotel when we arrived to check in. These kids appeared to be unsupervised for at least 9 hrs-what adults were there with them acted like crack zombies huddled in one corner of the lobby. NO ONE was addressing the issue correctly-these kids had card keys to everything, pushing all buttons on elevator then going to the 4th floor to run like a pack of sugar doped animals down the fire stairs. They were unsupervised in the pool area, running in and out of the fitness area, they had food everwhere ( i saw chips, popcorn, skittles, m&m crumbs everywhere including elevators). 9 yr olds had trashed the coffee area set up and was drinking everything there/ trash cans over flowing. This was my 20 yr anniversary trip to see local festivals and my entire trip was ruined-so we left at 6:30am because no one was eating from that breakfast bar. I didn't know when i reserved this that we had actually signed up for a 50.00 nights knights inn at a truck stop and the room service was at chucky cheese. To say i am beyond pissed that a Hilton was being run like this-we called corporate for a full refund. The staff should have reported to corporate and called the police-i havent seen something like that in 30 years of travel. To quote Taylor Swift- i will never, ever, EVER get back together with a damn Hilton. Everybody i know is hearing this review of your damn brothel your calling a hotel...

A children’s event was going on and there was a lot of noise in hallway and overhead. Front lobby was chaotic and very noisy. Probably this was an unusual situation. Beds were comfortable.Blinds did not block out a lot of light.

I like the furniture but I didn’t like the service, the place was dirty, my room wasn’t ready because the hotel was over booked and my room was taken by another person and my family and I had to wait outside the hotel till they found a room to get in and wasn’t clean the pillows cases were smelling and no microwave inside the room and we had to heat up the food outside the room. I will never make a reservation again and I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. I hope you guys will do better need a good management.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. Unfortunately they did double charge me for my stay which left my bank account empty. Its extremely embarrassing to go get food for your family and have to walk out because you have no money.... thankfully they did fix the issue pretty fast. I also requested cleaning because my children are feral and nasty lol and it was not done. We had to request it twice and then i had to go down and complain to get them to clean our room. But besides those small issues. It was a very clean and nice hotel. We loved how welcoming the lobby was with a hang out spot. And breakfast was the best i have had at a hotel.
