It was nice having a suite equipped with all the things we needed to spend our week visiting family and friends. There were some decorative items that needed some attention, such as holes where repairs had been made but not filled in or painted, but did not detract from our stay. Overall, a nice place.

Was visiting family for the holiday, was hoping to use the pool to have some family bonding time. Found out the pool was closed. If I had known this I would have stayed elsewhere. The room was dirty- sticky stuff on the bedroom floor, dirty socks and trash behind the nightstand. Upstairs guests talked all night. Sirens outside made sleeping impossible. Have stayed here before and was happy with the hotel- not this time!

Our room was in very poor shape, starting with the damp odor when you first walk in to the rusty nail my wife stepped on because the carpet is torn and missing and the tack strip has been exposed. Lawsuit waiting to happen! Bathroom was the worst area the ceiling above the shower is discolored, cracked and flaking off;wall tile was missing and just not replaced leaving exposed drywall. Very disappointing stay, truthfully I expected more from a Hilton (family) property!

With this being my second time staying within 2 months, I'm still not impressed with the condition of the hotel...no pool, apparently the air isn't working in the lobby because I noticed 4 box fans all over in the lobby. The tubs in the bathrooms are horrible. You can't stand firmly in the tub to shower as there its bowed. Water just stands in the middle of the tub. I'm still looking for a regular hotel when I come to visit family.
