Comfort Inn & Suites Maumee - Toledo (I80-90)

The large room with a sofa made visiting with family very convenient. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I would encourage them to keep the pool a little warmer as no one enjoyed the pool for long as the temperature was cold. Other than that, everything was top notch!

As soon as we walked into the room it smelled like pop was spilled on the carpet and was never cleaned. I had moved the bench over to sit on it and there was filth under it. Majority of our outlets in the room didn’t work. We tried all of them, there was no updated USB port plugs to use. The plug that had my husband C-PAP plugged into stopped working during the night. So the kids and I got no sleep. In the morning when I went to shower there was a large booger on the shower curtain! It was disgusting. I will make a different choice when I have to come back to the area in a couple weeks.

Hotel and room was very nice and clean. I would love it if every hotel had walk-in showers, as we dislike stepping over the tub to get in. Great location, right off the turnpike. And they had plenty of towels! Some places are so stingy with them. We decided to skip the breakfast, as it didn't appeal to us. We have family and friends in Toledo, so we go a couple times a year. We definitely will stay at this hotel next time.

After a long day of driving and arriving late at night, the front desk professional was so welcoming and wonderful (as she was cheerfully cleaning up a huge frappe that a kid had just spilled all over the floor - she was so kind to him!). Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable.

Larger than normal hotel bath towels were appreciated. Everyrhing was fine, good price point for families.

The blonde lady working the desk at 6:30pm was beyond amazing polite, helpful, cheerful. The room was nice no complaints. Breakfast was okay. The men working 1st shift beyond rude to my family memvers who also booked a room there. We won't be back to this one.

Our room had a view of the service bays of a car dealership. Our room smelled musty, the breakfast was ok but not remarkable. we had breakfast there only one day and opted to go to a restaurant the next day. The hotel was located close to interstate 90, and to many restaurants and stores. they did have a workout area which our kids enjoyed. I feel like we paid a lot for this class hotel room.

Check-In was great, room was cozy, but had a moisture smell. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Probably the best hotel pillows to date. Was nice having a mini fridge and microwave. We brought left overs from crackle barrel and was able to keep it cool and rewarm it. Had plenty of restaurants near, target was also close, we needed swimming trunks for the boys. Pool was on the smaller size and didnt really have a place for younger kids. Had to get an extra card for the work out room. We slept in and missed breakfast so i can't comment. The room had a small coffee maker and we were able to get sugar and creamer from the breakfast area. The shower head could use an update, but did the job. Room came with 4 large towels which accommodated all 4 of us. It wasn't as nice as Hampton inn or Hilton, but was much nicer than super 8.

We stopped here as an affordable hotel option on our way back from Philadelphia. The hotel had everything we needed and more. Our toddler son enjoyed the large pool, while we enjoyed the much nicer than expected room and amenities. The staff was very courteous and polite. This is a great option for travelers on a budget that are looking for a nice place to stay for the night.
