Sleep Inn Logan Ohio-Hocking Hills

The staff is amazing and very polite. They went out of the way multiple times to help, whether it was milk for the kids after breakfast times or cleaning up a cereal spill. Always offered cookies and mints! Beds are average at best, and breakfast while nice isn't the best.

The walls were paper thin, could hear everything the couple and their kids were doing. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing family vacation. The kids loved the pool! The breakfast was always fresh and warm. The staff was extremely friendly and even moved an elf around the lobby for the kids every morning.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. Our entire family (here for a wedding, so about 50 of us) were blown away by the level of hospitality from everyone we encountered. The daytime and overnight staff went above and beyond at every turn. Bravo to the management team here!

Took family to Hocking hills 9/3/23 the hotel is on great location, but the best thing about the stay was all the staff. From front counter to the breakfast staff, you can tell everyone really cared and did their best for the guests! We will definitely stay here again when we return. Keep up the good work!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4. We stayed here for a short trip to Hocking Hills. Was conveniently located, and has a bbq joint across the parking lot that was really good too.

Absolutely loved the staff!! They were wonderful and accommodating to us. My children (5 years and 18 years) were treated so well. All but one front desk clerk was an absolute gem. They took interest in our visit and gave us recommendations on things to do. The GM is my daughter's best friend after this visit. (They just met but instantly formed a connection). I had one issue with the fact our room wasn't cleaned at all. I asked specifically if they could replace towels and get trash. I was told they would but they did not. There was a glass bottle found under my that wasn't ours. We had to go to front dress and ask for towels 2x. Breakfast was great, wasn't a fan of the fried eggs as they were cold. The scrambled eggs were much much better. I did love that they offered fresh fruit daily, potatoes of some sort and also 2 choices of meat daily. Beds were very comfortable. Indoor heated pool was very nice, could have been much warmer. Kinda small but did have a working lift for me to get in and out of tub. Really appreciated and maintenance man showed up after hours to help make sure it worked and I was able to use. As a handicap person, in a wheelchair, I think the room should be bigger so that a wheelchair can maneuver around besides to bathroom. Handicap grab bars in tub and beside toilet were positioned well. My son is going to college at Hocking College in Nelsonville and when we return for visits will definitely stay again.

Didn't like that there were a couple of unsupervised kids in the connecting room next door.

From the time you walk in until you check out the service is amazing!!!! The friendliest staff by far!!! I will be staying here with family every time we get together. Big thank you to Rhonda the manager who went out of her way to help us!!!

Sleep Inn was great for our family. Our boys enjoyed swimming one evening in the small pool. The breakfast was great.
