We were passing through on a family vacation. This has been my favorite hotel so far. I like that the pull out sofa was in a separate area from the beds, and that there was a bar in the lobby.

The hotel room and amenities were incredibly clean. The service was TERRIBLE. We tried to check in at 5 and were told our room wasn’t ready (check in started at 3) and the concierge couldn’t tell us when it would be ready. With two young kids, we felt really frustrated that there was no timing given to us so we could plan our night. The concierge and another employee were talking poorly about someone else who worked there, loudly, in front of us saying how behind and careless they were. It was uncomfortable and made us feel like the hotel was severely under staffed. Once our room was ready, we went up and got comfortable. I called down for an extra pillow and it never came. I had to go down 3 hours later to get a pillow. When I got there, the concierge (someone different) started running around the lobby looking for housekeeping. Once they found who they were looking for, they yelled for me to come down the hallway and wait outside a closed door. A few min later, someone else handed me a pillow while they were putting a case on it. It was just so weird and haphazard and uncomfortable. Later I was sitting in the lobby reading and the bar (with no bartender) was being staffed by the concierge who said she had to google how to make drinks. Overall, it felt like the hotel was barely staffed and couldn’t take care of their guests.

We stayed there for our daughter’s birthday. We came from 3 hours away. The staff was friendly, however immediately upon entering our room, we noticed our room was extremely hot. After checkingthe thermostat we realized the thermostat was broken. It was 80 degrees in our room and it would not budge. We tried to sweat it out. We even went to the store and bought a fan for the room. We were so uncomfortable we couldn’t take it anymore. When we tried to ask to switch rooms we were told the rooms were all booked and they did offer to give us a fan but there was no way we could sleep in that hot of a room. Needless to say we ended up packing up our kids and driving three hours back home at night. Super disappointed and hoping we can be reimbursed somehow since we paid quite a bit of money to stay there!

I loved the room with the couch area and bed area where the tv turns around. The kitchenette was great to have. The kids had so much fun in the pool. Breakfast had a nice selection.

We had a great stay with my two kids. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was out of order as that was the whole purpose of our stay at this location. That should be marked on the website somehow. The workout room was top notch and breakfast was great. Also, I loved the layout of the bathroom - best one for a hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was ok. It was a good location next to a lot of places. Eat at the Red Door Tavern on Mondays - $7 burgers :) overall, good stay. Bummed about the pool, but great other than that.

We got to the property and our room reservation had been changed from a 2 queen bed room to 1 king bed and a pull out sofa without notice. There were 3 adults and 1 child. Person had at the front desk didn’t know why it was changed and had to work for several minutes to find something else that barely accommodated us because the hotel was so full. We booked for two nights and only stayed one and checked out first thing the next morning.

Nice property, room was spacious, very nice workout facility. I would liked to have known the pool was closed, my kids were really looking forward to it.

My family is going through a lot this week. My marriage of 15 years suddenly fell apart and after my soon to be ex husband moved his clothes out I saw a wall full of mold. I had to call to have the mold remediated and they said because it was so bad we had to vacate the premises for 24 hours. I googled pet friendly hotel and this is the first hotel that came up in my price range. From the moment I walked in and smelled the calming smell (I believe it was lavender/eucalyptus) I knew everything would be alright. The Dog park was such a wonderful surprise and my son got to go swimming in the pool to take his mind off his problems for a short while. The front staff provided toothpaste and toothbrushes because I literally had to leave with the clothes I had just washed in the basement. 5 star rating.

Hotel was well maintained, clean, and convenient location to campus. However, we were disappointed that the room we had reserved (and prepaid for) for 4 people was not available when we arrived. We were traveling with children, so it was not convenient to have 2 separate single bed rooms. Despite being told a few times that our room would be ready for us the next day, it never did become available during the duration of our trip. Desk staff told us rooms are given out “first come, first serve” at this hotel, which was not made apparent to me when I reserved and paid for a more expensive, larger room for a family.

The property was well maintained and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade free of charge and our daughter was so excited! The breakfast was well stocked and clean. There is a super nice patio you can access from the bar where we ate our breakfast with cushioned chairs and other furniture. I didn't realize it when booking, but this is a dog friendly hotel. While we don't have a pup of our own we are dog lovers and it was very cool to see the appointed area for dogs to go to the bathroom (my toddler had to check it out) and the staff has dog treats at their desk. We even got to see a friendly pup in our hallway which was such a nice surprise. Overall, great experience and wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
