Loud as F! Awake at 6:00am by extremely loud music in room next door and staff did nothing about it. We were on a trip to get away and got zero sleep. My husband had to end up knocking on the door and asking the man to turn down the music. Also, A herd of kids ran up and down the halls at all hours, unsupervised apparently. Can’t believe how people have such disregard for others at this place.

Had rooms for me and my mom and dad. Left on Saturday to go be with family, came in late only to find that the rooms had not been cleaned, trash had not been emptied, and towels had not been restocked.

Upon arrival, Shaniqua texted to assure that we were satisfied with our room. She was timely in bringing up a crib for our baby to sleep in. She was polite and friendly. The room was very clean and we were pleased with the amenities in the room. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great property as well as location. Lots of shopping and dining options. Very close to the golf course as well as other recreation areas. This property is very clean and offers a lovely breakfast. Would recommend to family and friends.

Nice Holiday Inn Express BUT not as nice as other Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed at. No working fan in the bathroom, clock in the room did not work, asked for a new one, was told maintenance had gone home for the day, would have to wait, never got one, requested wake up call, didn't get that either, no coffee k-cups, and no coffee cups in room either, had to go to front desk for that, and children running in the hallway. I just think this Holiday Inn Express could do better.

Perfect location. Allowed really late check in. Our kids arrived first (grown kids), and we felt really safe with them being there. The room was clean, the shower was fantastic (great water pressure) and the bedding was so comfortable. The room was cold and dark and we all slept super late which was great since we had a long day the day before. Staff was amazing!

Frequently come to the southern pines area to see family and this is by far the best hotel I have found. Staff are always helpful and kind, rooms are clean, breakfast is fresh, and the beds are comfy!!! I will definitely be making this my go to hotel from now on.
