Econo Lodge Southern Pines

There was a roach in my room that i noticed when i went to use the microwave. Then was asked to pay extra for my children. When i explained to office i put it in there when i did my reservation and even put the ages sorry my kids are tall as dad is over 6ft. She told me next time to make sure they are in there if you use 3rd party for reservations i ened up not paying extra when i explained myself. And the ages she told ok nevermind

No night light in bathroom and it's really close quarters with door literally in front of the toilet made it difficult to get in and out. Waffles were good for breakfast But the rest of the breakfast was left to be desired and you have to go through the office to get to anything in the breakfast room. I think it should be accessible 24/7 Check in scared me for a minute as reservation was not found but with some digging it was found in the system. Bed was decent No Stairs to 2nd floor but was stated in description but you have to read the fine print. Signs placed in breakfast area stating food could not be taken back to the room? What's up with that I paid for a room eat dinner in my room why the hell could I not eat breakfast in my room? Overall I guess I would stay there again but would not be my top pick I'd give it 5 out 10 Not sure if wifi was available never given any password or anything didn't bother me for my short stay but if you have kids that might be a issue but I never asked about it either.

Was perfect for what I needed. I was visiting a family member that was in the hospital. Very reasonable rates.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! there are way to many in the area ...with the customer service at this place our family was just an inconvenience...no one around after hours or choose not to answer bell.we arrived a little early for check in and with only one car in parking lot the lady would not take the time to check if room wad ready I'm talking about less than an hour early...we were just an inconvenience...

Quality family-run hotel for easy trips to Moore County. The best value in the area, by far! Very clean!
