Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport/Brier Creek

This hotel is really nice and clean! The beds were comfy and I felt at home. I chose the family suite and my children were very comfortable as well!! Will definitely book again!!

I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport Brier Creek for business on January 23rd. Our group of Regional and Corporate CFOs had a conference room reserved for the all day meeting on the 24th. I have a 3months old baby at home and I needed privacy to pump breast milk during the day, so I paid for half a day stay to have access to my room till 4:30pm. In the morning, I stopped by the front desk to pay for the extended stay and to extend my key card as i communicated to the front desk assistant till 4:30pm. The meeting lasted till 4pm. I had exactly 30min to make it to the room to pump and to make it downstairs for the 4:30pm shuttle to the airport (my flight was at 6pm). Well, when I got into the elevator, the key wasn't working - it was in fact deactivated!!!. I rushed to the front desk only to see that there was only ONE person assisting the customers at the busiest check-in time! No matter how concerned i looked, i was asked to wait. It was almost 4:15 until I finally got the key reactivated and made it to the room. Of course I missed the shuttle and had to call a Lyft to make it to the airport. The hotel made me to almost miss my flight! That is besides the disruption of the construction noise and strange people continuesly entering the confidence room during the meeting! I highly discourage any business professionals to stay and to meet at the hotel. I will certainly discourage any of our company meetings at this property ever again.

The staff was outstanding. Very accommodating and kind. The hotel was nice and clean as well. Our biggest complaint was the temperature of the pool and pool room. It was freezing. Many other families felt the same and the ventilation system in the pool area isn’t working so the fix is to prop the door open which makes it colder. The other disappointing part as the fountain in the pool was broken.

Pros: beautiful hotel, pet friendly AND very clean, wonderful service! Breakfast was great (really good omelettes)! Would absolutely stay here again. Minor cons: pool area is dated (water cold, but air hot and humid), furniture rusted. Mini fridge not working (we have young children and need fridge to be working).

I love the embassy suites however, everyone I stay here something goes wrong. The first stay the pool was broke. I discovered this after i called the hotel and was told that it wasn't, drove 2hrs, and it was broke. This time roaches in the pool area, big and small, a guest with mental illness attacked a child in my party, and the parking lot is pack. The room is amazing and staff really empathetic. Extermination can be done and and a better checkin process.

My family and I left a bag behind and when we went back all of our belongings were stolen. Bill at the front desk was nasty, unprofessional, sarcastic, and made fun of the matter. Mr. Bill was recorded and I will be forwarding to corporate! We are out $500!!!!!

I really enjoyed the stay we will stay again. The service was friendly and the rooms were clean! My daughter loved it! Only thing i would mention which was a bit of an inconvenience is that the TVs are just cable. The streaming options do not work, I was told that this feature would be active in the future. Maybe an issue if you have younger kids. They are doing some remodeling, maybe this is apart of it.

Planning on staying here in the future. Great for the kids and the adults. Beautiful accommodations very kind and professional staff

It was a great stay! The hotel is amazing and the food is also amazing. The kids had a great time and we all felt very secure. I would say bring a pillow from home. The pillows on the bed were not very comfortable but we had a great stay.
