It was very noisy, i didn't realize they had kid's birthday parties in the area considered business area and only place to reax in hotel, that's what conference rooms are for. Rooms were super loud to surrounding noise. Breakfast was nearly completely gone at 930am, just little things but they kinda add up.

We travel a few times each year and only stay at places we expect to find clean, professional and friendly. Your premises provided and met all of those requirements. We never return to any place that doesn't meet those standards. We have elderly family in the Raleigh/Smithfield area and expect future visits. Your breakfast items were hot and tasty; however, there wasn't any bacon included in the serving trays. We will see you again.

The toilet didn’t fill up and had to fix the water closet. The shower head is broken and wouldn’t stay up. (They put us in the handicap suite even tho no one was handicap in our family.

Receipt says I can aid for a king room. After check in they only had queen doubles. My husband is a big man and a queen don’t do it for us. I asked to cancel because I didn’t get the king. Lady was very rude telling me she didn’t care what my receipt said I just aid for a double queen but said she reversed the charges. Now I’m fighting to get my money back because she said I looked at the room and wasn’t satisfied with it. No I just wanted aid for a king bed I would never get a queen knowing he wouldn’t fit in it. I will never ever stay here or any Hikiday Inn ever again

We had booked a stay at another hotel that we often stay at when visiting family in Raleigh. Upon arrival, we quickly noticed that the hotel has deteriorated terribly so we cancelled and rebooked here. Great choice! It was clean, comforyable, in good condition and a good location for us. The extras, like the amazing pillows, the Dove toiletries provided, the in room Keurig, the free breakfast, just made it even better. This hotel will definitely be our go-to now when visiting.

Just needed a place to stay for a couple of days while visiting the grandchildren. The breakfast was the star! And the children loved coming over to splash in the pool. "I'll be back!"

Checked in and then a couple checked in at the conjoining room to ours and had little kids and that were screaming and beating on our and would not stop. The manager Rico said there were no availability to move us to another room. We couldn’t stay!!! And Rico told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund and then when they called the hotel Rico told the guy at the front desk to tell them he wasn’t there yet I just talked to him. This was the worse experience I have ever ever had!!! We will not be back there EVER!!!!

Check in was fast and the front desk employees were nice and informative. Our room was comfortable and roomy. The bed was not as much and we only had 3 towels. We used the pool but it closes at 8pm because the rooms face the pool. The breakfast was your standard eggs and sausages, cereals and sweets be on time because the lady has to clean promptly when it’s done. No waffle maker was pointed out by family. We had to unexpectedly leave early but since we used a third party(hotels.com) the hotel couldn’t help us get a hotel in the next state covered. I didn’t think so but I tried. It was a decent stay for the 2 nights. I’ve had worse.
