Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel

Overall, everything was great. It was convenient to the casino. Everything was clean. Only complaints would be they don’t use fitted sheets on their beds and you end up getting wrapped up in the sheets. The other thing is some of the games in the arcade for the kids are not maintained and not working properly. It is nice they have the arcade and bowling center on property.

We were very pleased with our stay. Ryan at the front desk was very helpful, especially in honoring our request for our preferred room location in the hotel. Benny, who brought our bags to the room, was quite friendly. The room was large, very clean and comfortable, and everything worked pretty well. When we detected a higher-than-normal temperature in the room refrigerator, maintenence came very promptly and made the proper adjustment.The view from the room was spectacular! The food court in the lobby had great options, and the food was delicious.We were very pleased that the facility was smoke-free. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

Nice place and good even for kids as they have arcade and bowling option for them.

Two ladies looking for old family burying sites within 25 miles of the resort. Felt safe and appreciated the staff and clean facilities. The fee was amazing for a quality place to stay, will definitely return.

Do not like that they had no pool when website showed pool but stay was nice and employees courteous and room clean .would be nice if had pizza place for kids the restaurant was closed while we were there

Our family had a great time at this resort. It was clean and we all had fun things to do. The area is quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed it!!
