The staff is always excellent! The rooms are a little tired and can use a refresh. One concerning item is the landscaping company (Earthkeepers) spraying a known toxic weed spray all over the outside areas. Notably the walkway/doorway to the lobby where ppl are exposed. Also, the spray poisons the bees, animals, harms children and the environment.

Very clean and inviting room. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom and shower area was a bit small (had our two grandchildren with us) but we dealt with it. Got up the next day and had a great breakfast. The staff was very friendly also, great customer service. Blue Ridge is a beautiful city, we had a wonderful experience there.

The staff were amazing!! We were arriving at 2 AM with an 18 month old and 2 five year olds. I called ahead and asked to have the crib set up and it was!! We arrived to a clean, quiet room and was able to put the kids to bed immediately. The room with 2 king beds was so large. It was exactly as the description stated. Good hotel!!!

This was one of the best hotels our family has ever stayed at! From the check in desk where Alison tracy checked us in was amazing! She was so kind and helpful our family really appreciated her! She went the extra mile to make our visit special. The staff at the breakfast area were also so kind and anything you asked for they were happy to help! The breakfast was delicious and they had SO many options to choose from.. Waffles, toast, eggs, cereal, bacon , muffins , juice and coffee and a lot more items actually! The hotel overall was super clean ..like i mean clean! Not once in our 3 days there did i see anything dirty ..the cleaning crew is amazing! It was located on top of a mountain with beautiful views but an easy drive up! I really cant stay enough about how great our stay was! Also thank you for the lemon water when we 1st got there ..that was really refreshing after a long car ride! We will most definitely stay here again! Also this hotel is close to everything like minutes away from downtown where the train is and mercier orchards! Thank you to all the staff at this hotel for caring and making our stay perfect! God bless you!

Stay would have been great if the kids above my room , had not jumped off and on the beds until after 12.00 o'clock I had to get up early an go to work that next morning , I call the desk two times trying to get the noise stopped , with NO LUCK .

This is a beautiful hotel - perched on top of a hill with views of the mountains. I visited with my two grandsons, ages 10 and 11 years. The game room had ping-pong and pool tables which they thoroughly enjoyed. Our room, on the third floor, was very attractive along with the bathroom. It was very handy to restaurants and downtown Blue Ridge. The only downside was the included breakfast - the waffle iron never worked and the toaster was broken one morning. The attendent evidently could not keep up with cleaning tables both mornings I cleaned the table prior sitting down with the kids), but feel that is a minor glitch (I did fill out an opinion card, with regard to this) and sent it to them. I would definitely stay there again.
