Comfort Suites Whitsett - Greensboro East

It was very convenient location, close to my family member home.

Rooms were clean and a good size. Easily slept 5 of us (3 kids). Breakfast was good, nice to be able to make your own waffles.

We liked everything . Everyone was so friendly. It was a perfect vacation . We loved our accommodations so much we plan on staying there every time we our in NC. We have family in the area so I’m sure we’ll be there often. Linda Post Exley

I stayed during Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. Hotel is near restaurant and the highway exit. The staff was accommodating especially when I requested to switch my room. The building was safe and I enjoyed their complementary breakfast. I would recommend.

Rather nice place to stay, clean friendly and just a nice place to lay your head. The staff was like family seemed to really care about your experience, I loved it.

Comfort Suites Whitsett was safe, pleasant, clean, and did the job as we dropped off our child at Elon University!

One of the worst places I have stayed. Went to check in and there was no one at the desk. After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to call the phone number. After calling 3 times, someone finally picked up. Hello, I am trying to check in. You could tell I was a bother. I will be there in a minute, click. I finally get checked in. Ho to room to shower. My step son goes to shower. There is a used wash rag on the shower rod. Either the paint is coming off the side of the tub or it is mold. The toilet seat was about to come off. Not to mention the contact buzz you get int he hall way. I ask for a quiet room. People are yelling, screaming and running the hall all night. People next door sound like they are having a boxing match until about 4am. No sleep at all for any of us. I leave the hotel early the next morning and there is no one to be found at the desk again. I am already late to work and almost get wrote up. Explain to my boss what happens and she offers her couch to my family. We had 10 trees to fall in our yard and no power for the next 3-4 days predicted. I rather sleep on a couch then stay another night in that hotel. I tried to get my money back. The hotel flat out refused. So keep driving people.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights as we traveled to Florida. Staff were always available and helpful. The only negative was guests leaving the pool often left puddles of water in the hallway in front of the elevator as well as inside the elevator. There were wet signs posted but unfortunately our daughter slipped and fell on her knee. Other than that the stay was perfect for our family of 6.

Great time to get away with family and friends. Great location for our family needs‼️
