I’m not much for writing reviews but a few things stuck out that I felt it important to mention as I do trust reviews myself. The property is trendy with the denim theme. Lots of cool murals and artwork. It’s clearly an older property with a new paint job and a cool decorators touch. So, there’s some cracks in the plaster and the bathroom, while renovated, is really small. The heating and air unit is the type that is under the window. Half the room was freezing and the other half was kind of warm. Air doesn’t circulate well. The lights in the room flickered a lot. The smell of bleach was overwhelming yet my shoes stuck to the floor. All of that was “eh” but when my 11 year old pointed out that the artwork in the room was half-naked models showcasing their denim and I had to explain why they would have pictures like that on the walls in a hotel (which I was at a loss to explain), I KNEW I needed to mention this in a review. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone traveling with children for that reason alone. All that being said, the lemon blueberry muffins in the morning were amazing!

Really cute smaller hotel in a rather odd area. It's fairly central and on an odd street separated by a Boulevard in a kid of industry, strip malls and on the edge of medical centres. The front desk person was always friendly with a hello and have a great day. We got a poker chip for a free wine or beer and my son and I enjoyed sitting in the lobby bar watching people check in. The beds are comfy, the denim theme is cute. I'd recommend this hotel since the price is great

1/17/2024 around 10pm my daughters university heater, and hot water went out and had to evacuate. I immediately went to book her room at this cute hotel that I found online the booking was seamless. It’s when she got there she experienced the worst customer service ever in life. The front desk agent turned my daughter away due to her not being 21 years of age to check in although I did not see that on the website I went ahead and change the reservation to her friend who is 21. The agent stated that we didn’t have a reservation and that they needed to leave the property as soon as possible. I’ve been tried to explain to the agent what the situation was. He immediately yelled/cursed at me and said my daughter needed to leave. I told him I had a confirmation number he said that it’s third-party and that I need to deal with. Luckily I was able to get an amazing agent through Expedia who was able to call for me. He then lied and said that he was letting them check in but my daughter canceled the reservation. It’s now 12 AM and I’m scrounging trying to find my 19 year old daughter a place to sleep for the night. Needless to say I was able to get my money back through Expedia because the hotel refused me. I’ve never felt an urge to write a review, but this was flat out the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Plenty of parents go to see their children during school functions/graduations. I’ve already put this on the parents page to not come to this hotel due to the customer service.

I've stayed here before on a quick solo trip, but this time i was booking and overnight stay with my family. I was traveling with my husband, our 8 year old and our toddler. The room description that i booked said that it was great for families and slept 3. I thought that would be fine because my toddler would sleep with us anyway. The discription was wrong. They only had a king bed with a chair available. Unfortunately, there were no doubles. My point is, the room discription is inaccurate. It needs to be changed. Also, the notation of "great for families" should mean that the hotel at least has room for a family to sleep.

My family and I stayed here 4 nights for a family medical emergency. The level of care and compassion we received from every person was amazing. Rooms recently renovated. Nice boutique hotel. I will be staying here again. They have a light fare menu offerings that hit the spot too.

Cleanest Hotel you can stay at. The housekeeping staff work really hard and are super nice. Front Desk people really nice too. It's the only hotel my wife wants to stay in when she goes to her hometown for family functions. She loved their pillows and wanted a set. The front desk and housekeeping set us up to buy a set which made her even more happier. Five Stars all the way.

Cute boutique hotel. Quirky decor. My teen son loved the theme. I booked this last minute and was pleasantly surprised. 5 minute ride to downtown. Amenities are “eh” in my opinion. The fitness room could be better, there is no pool and outdoor sitting space is lacking. I wouldn’t recommend for families with your kids if you’re looking for anything but a place to sleep. Good for business travelers.
