Very clean,service is excellent and staffs is very helpful and friendly i love the rooms very spacious.i do recommend this resort for family and friends.

The staff was nice but professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Would had been nice if rooms had refrigerators, but as the cliche states, "you can't have it all". Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

The staff were great! The food court was close so that limited some things which included Starbucks coffee. We were in the 21 and over adult area when a family/families came over what it seemed to be never ending children. There was a couple in the pool and my fiancé and I were in the hot tub along with a a family who were there with their 21 and over daughter. The family’s kids came in the area, plopped down and their kids threw pool toys in the pool and started diving in the pool which clearly states no diving. Everyone in there got up and left. The hotel security ended up going in there and told them they had to leave and the family refused. They protested. That is correct where it clearly states 21 and over. I couldn’t believe it. Not for nothing you are at a casino resort, it’s not meant for kids. You want to go bring your kids to a water park then go to one! Don’t bring them here where it is a place for adults, bring them around other children in areas meant for them! Believe me there are plenty! Getting in and out of the casino is interesting. Some they scanned my ID other times it was fine just to go in. Some checked my ID with no scan. We ate at The Steakhouse there and it was fabulous. Everything we had was delish from the oysters to the skirt steak and the NY Strip Steak! The additional sauces we got were mouth watering especially the blue cheese and we got the potatoes purée. Our maid never made our room even though we were out of the room all day.

Beautiful newly remodeled property, hot tub, adult only section pools and separate kids pool.

Overall, nice property with quality furnishings and well appointed rooms. However, the room cleanliness was poor. Even after alerting management this was not resolved. The family pool was freezing. Don't know why it wasn't heated.
