Hyatt Place Saratoga Malta

Nice size room, perfect for family of four. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Overall room was good clean and comfortable. Only issue was that there was no microwave in the room. Also on website it was written that free child bed will be provided but they did not. Positive was that room was big enough for 6 people with 2 Queen beds and one sofa bed. Breakfast was complimentary but end time was 9:30 which we could not avail. Overall experience was really very good

Just a nice functional hotel that’s near Saratoga Springs if you ever need to go to Skidmore

We had excellent stay in Hyatt. Easy parking, very nice staff, comfortable rooms (we took two rooms), yummy breakfast.... just one thing we didnt try was the pool.. but overall, it was a perfect stay with family incl kids 3 yo and below 1yo.

We booked this hotel because our kids want to go in a pool… Very Very disapointing…

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past couple of years. This time was the first time i was really disappointed. The bathroom was dirty, there was a towel shortage so we only got 2 towels for my family of 4. The pool was really cloudy and gross looking. Overall i dont think we will be back.

Pipe problem. The family could not shower. Problem with water with shower, and faucet. Breakfast was great

Check in was seamless. We were treated eith respect. Our family felt welcomed and we loved every monent at hotel . Gym was great . Breakfast very top notch .

It was clean but the room was Terrible. The bedspreads were too short for the bed. The pillows were like marshmellows The a/c kept us up all night - very load and right next to the bed. When we arrived at our room, there was a plate of left over food outside the next room. It was still there the next morning. The TV was the worst All the faces were green and the back round was black Couldn't even watch it. The shampoo and conditioner are packaged like Kids fruit pouches. Very dangerous for young children. The whole set up was very strange There was a half wall between the couch and the bed. The TV swiveled but you couldn't really see it from the bed. Which didn't really matter because the faces were all green. Looks great from the outside but the rooms will keep us away on our next trip upstate.
